so i'd like to know...

1. how to say the basic english conjunctions (and, or, but) in korean. i hav a very bad habit of substituting the chinese for korean when i dont know the word, which isnt very helpful to my friends who only speak korean/englihs... lol so if anyone could tell me how to write and say them that would be great...

2. i think i saw this in another thread, but is there a korean equivalent to 吗? (kind of like putting a ? at the end of a sentence in english... idk how to explain). bascially something that shows u r asking a question.

3. how do you say 'want' or 'need'? also something that would be very useful to me xD

thanks!

Well~.
I can't help too much.
But seubnikka or nikka usually means a question. 습니까.

Usually "shipo" translated into want. So I'm not sure how to put it into a sentence but I know ship means want, usually if you hear a noun and shipo they want that... 십어. ( I think. )

And- hago (I think not sure) 하고.
So- 그레서 kuraeso. I think the spelling might be wrong.
Or- I'm not sure about this one...

I know teenkorean.net has some helpful stuff on those type of words.
Like charts. ^^.
Sorry it wouldn't let me log in to look but here is my answer off memory.

There are many different ways to express "and', "or" or "but" in Korean. Most commonly:
와/과 and (connects two nouns)
하고 and/with (conjunction or connector)
-으/ㄴ 데 but/and (conjunction)
(이)나 or

Basically, any sentence that can be expressed as a statement can be expressed as a question by replacing the period with a question mark. One exception is the switch of 다 to 까 in honorific form.
For example:
영어로 할수있어요. I can do it in English.
영어로 할수있어요? Can you do it in English?

-고 싶다 want to
을/를 필요하다 need
