College is nothing but high school part 2. You learn the same stuff that you did in high school except you have to pay thousands of dollars a semester to fund the school. I mean, sure, if you want to be someone successful like a doctor or a physician or a lawyer, you'll have to go to college. But let me tell you, if I would have known how pissed off I'd be and how much of a failure I'd feel like after my first semester in college, I would not have ever gone. All of my classes are going good except for Algebra. Oh, don't get me started. The final avg. for the course consists of 3 test grades and the final. He drops the lowest test. Myt avg. before going into the final was a 44. I had to make a 78 on the final to pass. I had resigned myself to this fact beforehand, going into the test thinking "Hey, whatever happens, it'll be over. I'll stil feel okay even if I did my best." But upon getting and looking over the test, I felt like Jew surrounded by 1 million Nazis on an open field and I was armed with nothing but a stick. I was going to fail, and fail I did. Oh its true, its damn true. But Kaiser, why didn't you just drop Algebra? Well, I have tuition to pay for my semesters. I need 12 hours of classes in order to have student aid. Well, one of my classes just happened to be only 2 hours and not 3. In other words I had only 14 hours of classes. Not the 15 needed in order to drop one. And finally, I will explain why I am so angry. I am going to college for Film. Thats right, my dream is to make an Oscar Nominated movie. And appearently, I need Algebra and all of this other bullshit to get my degree and even to get into the film classes. So I ask you, should there be trade schools for everything? I damn well think there should be. So, to sum up, my GPA is totally ******** up, my self esteem is down the drain, I'm jobless, found out that everyone is making more money than I was whenever I was working, and words of incouragement don't mean jack s**t. There is no such thing as the Force (Star Wars). Being a good person doesn't help govern your life. Some people are meant to prosper and be happy. Some are meant to find a nice alternative to what they wanted to be. And then there are those that fall into the category that I'm in: Growing up thinking that what you want to do isn't difficult, but in the end, you don't prosper and don't get to do anything you ever intended to do.

yes, the new system SUCKS! it makes me lag because all of the s**t on screen and its harder to get to the places i wanna go on the site! then other times most s**t wont even pop up! I HATE IT!
