The boarder of the southern mountains of Midgar. This is the only path that a regular vehicle can take to cross the treacherous mountains that surround the mechanical lands. Due to the sheer height of the cliff walls, the inhabitants of the mountains one and only town are a bit cut off and seem almost pre-historic compared to the technological giant of the land just before it.
Here, much research is done to learn how to live in harmony with nature and the creatures that live here, even the monsters. Combat is frowned upon here but that doesn't mean they can't defend themselves from a rowdy clan member or two.
On a side note, this place is quite a hot spot for romantic dates as this is the best place in the world to see stars with the naked eye.
