Getting an acupuncture on your face and then falling on your face with the needles still inside your body so pretty much it forces the needles into your body giving you a horrible pain as you die :/ i saw it on that tv show a 1000 ways to die :/ shows koo ;D

alone scared and confused whilst ur being hunted by unknown entites such as aleins, zombies, or rednecks, then finally being discovered they crucify u, make u take a bath in vinegar ( while u have a lot of cuts) being beaten/tortured, raped, all of ur limbs cut off, then set on fire, buried alive, and all this with a limited supply of oxygen, also u contracted a flesh eating virus a few days earlier so ur decompoosing as all this is happening, and to top it all of u have to listen to opera music while all this is happening. sad

dying while in a waking dream phase. For those who do not know, this stage is when you are about to wake from a dream, and on a rare occasion, enter a sub-conscious state where its part dream, part reality. I've had these several times and it freaks me out, you can't breathe, and nobody can help you, because you can't speak. Kind of like a short-term paralysis...which in a few minutes you should be able to survive.
