So I've been working on something MYSTERIOUS (suspenzzzzz) and it basically brought up an idea for me.
How would everyone feel if I took pre-existing threads and combined them together? For example, the Spread the Word and Affiliates thread would be combined as one. My to do list may be combined into the new thread I'm planning.
I guess I'm basically asking the poll question. Would you LIKE to see fewer official threads floating around?
Do you have any suggestions for threads which ought to be squished? Any ideas for official threads which should be created? Express them here!

I think maybe I should talk a little more about why I thought about doing this and what I would actually do...
I didnt meant to frighten anyone by suggestion "a single comprehensive thread" XD; I actually meant only one or two - specifically the Welcome thread and my To Do list - combined into a big, new thread I'm planning. The Spread the Word and Affiliates thread have always irked me in their separateness, so I was going to combine them into one, too.
...That's basically the limit of the planned reforms LMAO
I felt this was a good idea because I was looking at the forum the other day and thinking "...we have a lot of unneccessary stickied threads noone ever looks at, huh?" And also the fact that most of these are outdated! And I HATE outdated things! I'm even thinking of rewriting parts of the welcome blurb because I despise outdatedness so much!
Hmm... that gives me an idea...
Anwyay... it's hard to describe what I've been planning, but I think everyone will enjoy it and find it beneficial. So, to clarify, I think we'll be having a rejig on a lesser scale to what you all probably imagined, with some amalgamation but mainly tons of awesome new content!

I think that some of the things should be combine, like your Affiliates/spread the word example. but for some of the bigger things, or things that can/will have much user input, keep it seperate
like have 'To-do' be its own thread, with you editing a frontpage post with your to-dos, and people possibly posting ideas and stuff that will be added to the list, then the post will be deleted by you
...otherwise I think that anything with user input would get clogged pretty quickly, and if we PMed you with stuff, your PMs would back up...besides, PMing is rather time-consuming compared to just posting
Either way, it seems like you will have way too much extra work to do
