€75? That's crazy. I've had mine almost a year now and they've never charged more than €20. Except for one time I went over my d/l allowance.
Have you tried calling customer services and seeing what the extra charges have been for?
Unlike other companies *cough*Chorus NTL*cough*, I find o2 rather easy to deal with.
Well i was just reading the O2 forums and one topic was "I was charged €1000!!" and i checked it out and a reply to it was a O2 moderator saying that him along with many other customers had been ripped off when signing the contract with O2, I was thinking of calling customer services but i think im just gonna email them tommorro, hey btw what internet do you use?
