There's a lot of hype these days about vampires and werewolves. However, I prefer angels. I remember I once watched a very interesting movie-the name escapes me-but it was about this guy who was able to redeem fallen angels and stuff. I just find them more interesting and would like to know if any of you know of some really good angel vs. demon movies or books(or if you might know what movie that was that I saw, because I thought it was really cool.)

I know, I hate the whole idea of the whole "VAMPIRES SPARKLE, I LOVE EDWARD, JACOBS HOTT!" Thing just because of Twilight. I'm on team Angel, too.

Now that I think about it, I think I've read only one angel book and never seen any movies. Could anybody recommend some?

Well legion was one with angels and demons and end of the world stuff.
There was one with a child born when an angel made love with a virgin girl that i dont remember the title.
Constantine-? Well its mostly about a guy battling with demons that came from hell to wreck havoc.
Books - well the only one that i remember well is Agent Angel.
Its a series of adventures of a girl who was talent scouted to be an angel in heaven after she died in a car accident on her way home. So she will come down to earth in various time periods and help people who will make an impact against the forces and periods of darkness.
TV series - an old one called "touched by an angel" This is a very old show, an angel (Monica) taken off 'search and rescue' tutored by tes another angel to become a 'case worker' for different people. This is one of the best that i have watched so far.

I used to watch "touched by and angel" when I was younger with my mom, I have to agree that it's really good. Oh and I almost forgot, thanks shadowshaker.

The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. It's centered around Nephilim (humans with angel blood) who are known as Shadowhunters. There are also Vampires (who do no sparkle) and Werewolves, and even Warlocks and Faeries (just don't take any of the drinks they offer you. Trust me). The series has four books so far.
And The Infernal Devices also by Clare which is a prequel to the Mortal Instruments series taking place in the 1800s.
Hope that helps a little. Trust me, they're awesome.
