Things were only now just beginning to settle after Ultima's recovery. With the group still co-mingling and regaining their bearings after such hardship that tore them apart, it was getting just a little too much for the proud beta. "Touchy" and "feely" just weren't words that described her. Pumpkinhead, when he was pup, had once called her "Big Blue Rock", which was actually a lot more apt in description. Regardless, Spellbinder had said her hellos and good-to-see-yous, but the experience of the reunion had drained her. Keeping Ultima alive long enoug hto get him healed of his infections had put its toll on her and, short-fused or not, she didn't feel like impeding said temper upon anyone . . . yet.
So she told Oath she would be back and broke away from the multi-colored group with a great sigh. Time to make the semi-long trip back to the second-hand den she and Ultima had borrowed (gods, if she heard Star Seeker hint at clandestine relations there one more time . . .). Spellbinder had her collection of herbs there, and some would have to be transported with utter delicacy to her new den. Of course, she only trusted herself, and besides, the rest of them were busy reuniting, right? Too bad Lionheart wasn't around, he was actually useful.
