Bio:
My band = "The Minims" (www.theminims.8m.com) It's my fourth attempt at being in a band - lets hope it works this time. The first attempt was laughable - me and four friends decided it might be fun to be in a band, but here's the thing - I was the only real rock musician in it. There was a clarinetist, my best friend; a singer who couldn’t sing; and two guys playing a drum-kit between them … I shouldn’t have mentioned that, should I? I'll never live it down. Anyway, my second attempt was something that came closer to resembling a band, and the third was actually not too bad. But, with a bit of effort and a lot of luck, this one should top 'em all!
My music: In my collection of about 30 weird and wonderful instruments are a rams-horn bugle-horn, a banjo, three ocarinas, two swaney whistles and a small wooden thing that goes "ping".
If the band thing doesn't work out, my plan is to go to the best music-college I can get into, earn some dosh in a cruse ship band for a few years, then eventually become a guitar teacher (Classical, mainly).
My life: I'm about to do the second year of 6th form (that won't mean much to Americans, because you have a different school system - it's the 2nd year that I've chosen to stay at school for, but I'm not at college or university yet). I'm studying Music and Photography, all the time that I'm not at my girlfriend's house (we met before Gaia, but she's on Gaia as well). We're very happy together, and it's the real thing, not just dating, not just physical.
I can't really think of anything else to say right now, so I'll stop cluttering up the screen.
