The largest docks in the entire Zeni region. The Portsdale Docks are where many trainers come into the region by boat or ship. Many fishermen and ferry owners can be found here.

Jack got off of the boat and stretched his legs. "Oh maaaaan, that was a long boat ride." Jack walked around a bit and when his reached the safe part of the docks he tossed out his pokeball and let out his large mamoswine. "It's okay girl, you can stretch out now..."
