there is a 3 fold law in the witchcraft community. Maybe it is just a coincidence you got sick. I highly doubt that your sickness was a result of a confrontation with a witch we all believe that what we do to others comes back to us 3 fold. As a witch myself I know that people have physically brought harm to me and I have never and would never use a hex on them. I don't believe in using them on people no matter how upset they make you.

Magic is a pure energy not to be tainted. I would find other means to seak my justice.

But even something simple like slandering someone over the internet will bring your own 3 fold back to you. What you do to others will come back to your 3 fold, you talk nasty about someone a fiend may find out something nasty about you and your friendship could end over it. You never know how 3 folds or karma will work.

I think the biggest misconception is the thought that only witch's can cast hex's. Even something as simple as wishing bad thoughts against someone is a form of a hex. Saying "I wish that chick's boyfriend would break up with her" is a little hex.

'I have never been interested in casting hex's so I've never looked up "official" ones before or anything and as far as I know there are none in my practice (not saying there aren't just saying as far as I know there aren't) but from what I do know it can be something as simple as saying "I hope she trips and falls down the stairs". Basically it's wishing ill intent on someone. But I'm sure there are more "powerful" ways to do it like asking certain deity's to help harm someone or voodoo. Black magic is something I gotta say I'm not familiar with.
