I never been in a real RP, so I don't know where to start. If any of you all know how to start one, please go ahead and post. I just want to make a character lol.

Weather: Slight Drizzle~ But barely any clouds. Time: Sun about to tip over the sky for the night [about 6:30ish] Location: A more city time, ally or open streets; pedestrians around sky scrapers hurrying home. Traffic is okay.
