Shunatsu, there is a list for Events and such as an Annoucment in the main forum to avoid threads like this cluttering up the main page. Unless there's a reason to have this here besides to inform the guild that your event has gone live. Then it maybe best to move this into the Community Hub sub-forum.
I can see your useing it to help keep track of information about the event, which is why I'm subjesting you move it, not that it be deleted.

It was a ploy to try to get people to read and see it since alot of people haven't visted the thread.

Well it didn't work with the other events, so I didn't really except it to work on this one either. Send out a guild wide announcement, that way anyone that would be interested in it, will see it, and it won't clutter up this place. >.>'
