Angeles walked up to the large manor with the shapeshifter on her shoulder. They had been silent to each other the whole journey, but that was fine by her, at least he had not run away, like he seemed prone to do. She opened and pushed the doors open, the setting sun against her back, her powers would return soon.

She walked in and reached up to take the bird off her shoulder and onto the ground, "we're lucky," she said as she walked away from him, "I do not presently have a mark, so we have a little while to get to know one another better. What do you say?"

She turned to look at him out of her jade green eyes.

Angeles hummed as he spoke then turned again, "well, I don't eat, as such there is no food or even ingredients for which to make your food. So how about we shop the market and may pick out what you like?"

She folded her arms and lifted an eyebrow as she eyed the yoko, "I must warn you, that living with me will be dangerous, I feed only when i need to, therefore i get a bit grouchy every week or so. i will not feed off of you, for two reasons. The first being that doing so would completely take away your free will, and you will need it living in this house, the second is that only human blood may sustain me. Do you understand this?"

She smiled, an almost dangerous smile as she walked back over to him. She lifted a finger and tapped his nose with it, "there will be times, that you will have to fight me. I would appreciate if I was not killed, but do what you must to survive. I will ask you to remain in as many anthro or animal forms as you want. Please do not turn into a human, I do not need the temptation."

She looked down at his shirt then looked back up and fingered his collar absent-minded as she hummed in thought, "you will need new clothes, I would like to change your collar, but you might be going back, if you are unhappy with living with me."

She took a step back, "alright, first rule of the house, complete honesty. Do not lie to me, understand? If at any time you are unhappy, I will send you back to find a master you will be happier with, or I will find one for you myself."

Angeles laughed as he transformed and flew to the roof of the manor. She shook her head and called up to him, "get down here, how are we supposed to hold a decent conversation?" She then vanished and reappeared before the yoko, standing on the roof beside him, her hair and coat hanging towards the ground, but everything else remaining in place, her hat was tucked under her arm.

"I do not have a favorite animal Sen," she said calmly, "so your true form, or whatever form you are happiest with will suit me just fine. But we are in dire need of some shopping, so if you would like to follow me to the doors...?"

Angeles chuckled and vanished to the ground using her immense speed, "I do not worry. My heart does not beat, so poison is ineffectual," she opened the door and left the the market down the street. It was rare to have one open after dark, but it was the twilight, a few vendors were still running, lit with tiny lights. She set Sen on the ground for him to transform back and she took out of her pocket some money.

"Here, buy whatever you would like with this, I will find you a new collar, we meet back here when we are both done, understood?

Angeles waited for Sen to get done, she had found a normal collar that was red and blue. She would transfer the charms from his old one to the new one. When he arrived she smiled at him, putting the collar into her pocket, she could put it on later.

"Alright," she said, "let's go home," she then began leading the way back to her house. She opened the doors and left them open to allow Sen to come through. It looked like her kitchen would have its uses after so many years of dormancy.

"Very nice, and thank you. I am a Stroker variant if you didn't know already, so i am also allergic to holy relics and items, so please, no crosses or stars of David or anything of the sort. But the peircings are fine. i would never get any, but they suit you well," she walked over and took a peek into the bags to see what kinds of food he had bought so she could do the shopping herself when the need arose, "so, Sen, tell me a little about yourself. i want to also thank you for no longer cussing at me, and calling me names," She gave him a devious smile.

"Ah, I see," she said, watching the display that was the destruction of the religious symbols. She smiled at him, expressing a little bit of sympathy, "I understand, I will not ask you any more. But tell me some of the things you like, music, art, food. How old are you?" she realized that the last question should probably have been asked before hand, but she was so old she had lost the sense of the importance of age.
