Dritan was never satisfied with any of his work currently. He only wanted the best works to show Avis and to make something special for her as well. His mother had seen his growing frustrations and suggested that he go take an art class to help him relax and to learn new things that he just might currently not know of. So he signed up for a class that let you create things and the teachers would go around the class giveing advice on how you could fix things or improve on it and it was an open class meaning that you could come and go as you liked.
Walking into the class he saw that there weren't too many others in the class room and most of the others that were sitting down and working so and teachers walking around. Dritan made sure that he was far enough away from the other students by stitting near the back and to the side of the room and he told the teachers to be careful about going behind him, as his wings were in an ok mood today and all of there ears cocked and listing to everything in the room and his angry wing makeing sure there was no danger before resting it head on Dritan's head. As he got to work doing some abstract art with the acrilic paint he got from the back of the room before he sat down and his lower left wing giveing him some help painting.

"Now are you sure-"
"Yup!" Tally nodded and clutched her bag full of fun stuffs tighter to her. Today was going to be very interesting cuz Sabra's friend had called and asked her to help with this open class. Good thing that her guardian was a college student who was getting a slight degree in art too! This would be one of the rare times that she would actually get a glimpse of Sabra at work too. Just the thought made Tally squee silently after hearing the call.
"I don't want you to get lost though, kay?" Sabra frowned as she locked the apartment door and stuck the key back into her messenger bag. "I mean we'll be in the same building and all but there's a lot of places to go - so no leaving the room without my permission. Kay?"
"Kay, kay!" Together they walked through the streets and Tally looked up at the building in awe. Most of the places she had been to so far were either the beach or the small set of shops near their apartment. This was different!
Her amazement turned to happy surprise as she followed Sabra into the room and spotted someone. He was older definitely, but Tally would never mistake those wings! She squeezed Sabra in goodbye before carefully walking over to the back side of the room.
"Hi, Dritan!"

Dritan had be so into his work and fighting his little helper to stop helping that he didn't see when Tally had walked into the room with her mother, but it was one of his wings that knew she was there and had watched her come up to the table with a huge happy grin on its face as it was Dritan's right upper wing, his love wing. He was now wresting the wing when Tally had said his name. He looked up holding his wings mouth shut as he smiled at her and let the wing go.
"Hi, Tally. How have you been and I see that you have grown too," he said getting up from his seat. "Why don't you sit down and we can catch up," he said oftering her a seat for her to sit down as his lovey wing was just in reach to give her shoulder a nuzzle as it was glad to see her as the wing he was just wresting with was eating some of the paint.

Tally giggled as she patted the lovey wing with a grin. "It's been a while." She replied before moving over to take a seat, though it was tricky considering how her tail refused to make her truly comfy in these types of chairs.
"I didn't know that you'd be here, Dri." She commented as she looked at his art. "Sabra's here too and so I came. She said that I could play or paints too." Her antenna glowed in sheepish embarrassment, "As long as I don get into anythin' that I'm not sposed to of course."
"So whatcha workin' on?"

"It has been awhile, I hope thing have been good," he said as he saw that her tail was getting in the way of her sitting. "You could move the chair to its side to maybe sit better," he sheepishy suggested as he sat back down.
"Well I have been frustrated at working at home and my mother suggested I come here to work it out," he said as he smack his paint covered wing not to paint the paper right now. "That's cool, you will have fun and I will make sure that none of my wings get paint on you," he said as he already did have some paint on him. "Also there are painting smocks in the back of the room with the rest of the supplies that would keep you from getting paint on your clothing," he said and blushed a little when she asked what he was working on. "Just some abstract art with the help of my little helper," he said as he moved the paper over to were Tally could get a better look at it. As she looked at it she could see were the wing had licked the paper in several places and a nose mark too within all the brush strokes.

"Been good, yup." Tally tried to put the chair sideways and giggled, "Now I realize why Sabra bought me a giant bean bag chair." Finally she ended up sitting on the arms of the chair with her tail touching the floor. "Tada."
"Ah kay." Tally nodded, it was kinda like how she left for the beach a lot at times. Though it was because of other people's frustration not her own, normally. "Alright." Tally grinned, "Though I'm wearing old clothes so I don't mind some paint."
"Oooh!" Tally looked at the paper. She didn't know what abstract really was, but this looked cool. "I like it." She smiled at Dritan and giggled at his little helper, "I can see where your helper helped too."

"That is good," he replied as he grinned. "That see that a tail can be aquard to sit in chairs. At home all of the chairs at home have openings in the back for tails as my mother has one," he said.
"Ah ok, there times when my wings are determened to make sure I'm cover in paint but its one way for them to get me to stop what I'm working on and do something else as they are board and I sometimes get so into my work that I forget what time it has become,"
He sheepishly grinned at the comment that she gave it. "Thanks, the little helper for the most time just likes to eat the paint then help me paint and sometimes my other wing will help too," he said as the wing in questions smiled showing that it indeed have paint on its teeth. "But you can do something like this too, all I did was paint lots of random stuff with colors I thought would look good,"

"Nifty!" Tally's eyes sparkled at the idea. Maybe she could convince Sabra to get more tail fitted chairs - now that she thought about it though...they had gotten new furniture lately. Was it really because of her tail? Tally nearly gasped at the realization. Sabra was making home more comfy for her still!
Tally giggled. "Oh, I sees. It's like how at home when Sabra gets typin' away and I has to do somethin' to get her attention too." She looked up at the wings and nodded understandingly.
The child grinned even wider as she spotted the painted teeth. "It's really cool! So I cans do something like this too?" Tally's gaze went to Dritan with vivid interest.

"Sometimes if I don't listen to or see that they are covering me in paint to do something else they will then nibble me until I stop," he said as his wings just smiled as it was true.
"Yep and its lots of fun too," he said as he put his painting to the side for it to fully dry as he brought out some more paper and put on in front of himself and it front of Tally. Also put the paint were both of them could reach it and gave her some extra brushes to use. "One of my favorite things to do is to splatter the paint onto the paper with all different color. Like this," he said as he took one of the brushes, dipped it into some of the paint and then flicked the paint onto the paper.

Tally giggled. "Aww. You guys must have it tough when he's really absorbed in stuffs." She smiled back at the wings happily. She really loved the wings but was secretly glad that she didn't have any like that. But that was just because they'd get so bored waiting for her while she was trying to be uber patient or day dreaming. She day dreamed a lot too...
"Fun is good!" Tally snapped back to attention with a sheepish smile. Her hands reached for a paintbrush and after pulling out a spare piece of paper she copied his flick with purple and blue paint and watched as both colors hit the paper and splattered in an interesting swirly mess. "Cool!" She giggled and looked up at Dritan, "That right?"

All of the wings squeeked in agreement to what Tally had to say, as they were paticent to a point and it was mostly when they all got hungry and wanted to eat something right then and there, well except for his munchy wing as that one would eat just about anything it wanted to.
"Yep that is right and you can also get different looks to the splatters by useing different type of brushes with stiffer or softer hairs," he said as he took one that sorta looked like a toothbrush dipped it it into some blue paint and used his hand to make the paint flick onto the paper. "The possable looks are endless to what you can create," he said.

Tally grinned over at the wings and nodded at their squeaks of agreement before turning back to Dritan. "Oh cool!" She reached out for a different paintbrush, this time a fan. "I never thought that there'd be so many types!"
"Woah." Tally giggled as she swirled red and orange onto her blues. "I likes endless possibles!" She commented while holding her paintbrush up with a grin.

Dritan smiled as he like the endless possablities that art could create. "It is," he said as one of his wings started to help by tasteing the paints. "Well there are lots more brushes that what I have here. There are just so many for so many different things," he answered.
"That is what I love about art as there is always going to be something new even with the use of information you already know, but putting a new spin on thing." he said as he thought of an example. "Like how one day I put some paper on a turn disk and my wings desided to paint that moveing piece of paper and came out with an intersting design to it."

"Wow. Must be a lot!" Tally giggled as she imagined opening her closet allowing an avalanche of brushes to fall out. Maybe one day she would fill her closet up with art stuffs- it was pretty fun afta all!
"Cha! I can see why people love art so much." Tally grinned up at Dri, "I think I wants to play 'round wit it some now." She nodded thoughtfully, "I bet it was an interestin' design. Wish I coulda seen it." She looked up again before looking back down at her picture and adding flecks of maroon and gray.

Dritan just had to smile as there was a lot of brushes back at home and a lot of duplicates of them too as they did wear out after lots of use. "There are also different brands of brushs too so it all depends on what you are looking for and how it feels to you. I go through many brushes but most of them end in one of my wings desiding it wants to eat it." he said as he smile and the guilty wing just giggle a little as it contuned to eat the paint.
"Your right and it why I want to be come a great artist someday," he said as he thought that he had a long way to go to become what he though was great. "It was intersting, but maybe someday you should come over to my house and I could show you that picture and we can also do some other types of art. If you want to that is," he asked.
