Ghosting is (RURU STOP SINGING XD LMAO) the fine art of making an item appear on your avatar, but it's not even in your inventory anymore.
The bad thing about ghosting is once you do it, you can't alter your avi or else the ghosted item will disappear.
Step 1. Make sure the item-to-ghost is in your inventory.
Step 2. Make your avi completely naked.
Step 3. Save.
Step 4. I'm going to assume you're on a mule, so, send a trade to your MAIN ACCOUNT or ANOTHER MULE, while on the mule.
Step 5. DAMNIT RURU STFU. XD *CRIES* Ruru: I BELIEVE THE HEART DOES.. GO OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNN *screech*
Step 6. Put the item(s) you're ghosting in the trade, DO NOT SEND TRADE YET ******** 7. Now, open a new tab, go to the edit your avatar page, put your clothes back ON, double check, DO NOT SAVE YET ******** 8. Tab 1 (Avi.) and Tab 2 (trade.) Switch to tab 2, type your password in, switch to tab 1, double check to make sure your avi is right.
Step 9. In tab 1, hit 'save' then QUICKLY switch to tab 2 and send the trade.
If you're fast enough, you won't be killed for singing like Ruru.
And you'll have a successful ghosting.
