Spoilers Ahead, Duh.
I have to say that the difference between the CC Lilties and the CB Lilties is vast. I know thousands of years is time for a species to evolve. In CC Lilty children were tiny, and now CB children are as large as the adults used to be in CC.
I have a theory that Princess Fiona, being half clavat, her genes may have spread throughout the lilty race, giving them their current height.

Hay guys I still haven't played Crystal Bearers so the below statement is moot.
But even so, I'm gonna say the CC lilties. Because they look more unique and less humanoid.

I gotta say, that I still prefer the CC Lilties over the CB Lilties.
why, is mainly because one of the major personality of the Lilties is their Height. and cause of their height being so small, i found them to be more special overall than the other races (and the fact that i thought they were kinda cute since they also look like vegetables)
Now in CB they are now taller. what made them special is lost. now it just seems that they are just nothing but overpowered humans. but at least their hair is still the same
And i don't think its because of Princess Fiona that caused all the Lilty to grow bigger, i think its just cause of all the inter-racial marriages.

The Lilties in CC are the best dwarves ever. Because they aren't dwarves. They're Liltes.
