Bio/ History: He was born in a small more rural part of kyoto, with much more crime and punishment in his neighbor hood then actual law. He grew up in an orphanage, never being adopted nor even getting looks towards him. He was so used to life being horrid and sad that he got sick of being alive at one time. But he found something that gave him what he wanted in life, a family and friends. This was when he was about the age of ten and he was still in his elementary school.
When he was about 12, after two years of being happeist person in the world, his family was gunned down in a mob accident, from there he promissed to get revenge on the people who killed his family. This was something he had to do for him self and no one else. For nothing was more important to him the his family and like when they had appeared to him, they were now gone. With this sad emotional feeling he was forever uncomfortable with the people he met and the big groups they seemed to attract to them in their lives. This eventually led to some problems as an adult, and of course through the rest of his life.
Through his teenage years he was unapproachable to most, but some might of found him to be just plain out scary. This was how his life was from now on, he had no family and no friends so he moved on in life and made it as a teacher. This was just going to be his job from now on and his favorite things, but then he began to hunger for more eventually learning about the types of Mafia's and how they could help his revenge. He join the Koukon Family in hope of this result.

Main Base Location:
The Koukon Base also known as Shinku Base is located underground of Area 51 in Nevada. This place was chosen because Area 51 was already outlawed to be entered and People can be shot on site if necessary. Shinku is equipped with the best Stealth Tech. which allows it to be undetected on all radars. The Base is roughly 1 mile underground and as such the place has been pressurized and fixed up to allow people to live in it. There are a series of tunnels fitted with motion detectors, heat sensors and alarms go off if more than 5 lbs. of force touches the ground. Before joining each member’s DNA Code is placed into Shinku’s Brain and allows that person to move freely without having alarms go off. These tunnels all lead to major places in the United States while one even crosses the Pacific Ocean.
Shinku, beyond the defensive measures, has been outfitted with all of Neo's technology and Inventions. The main one is that Shinku has a device known as the Zipwire. The Zipwire allows Shinku to totally changed the shape of the base in caser of in naturally disasters in order to make sure the base isn't harmed. This process takes an hour and the Base, being a super computer, can calculate whena Earthquake or such will hit 5x faster than a normal human radar. Another amazing technology is that Neo created a Naturized Outer shell that allows the base to somewhat combine with the ecosystem one mile under earth. This also helps to protect agaisnt radars but it allows for the ecosystem to remain intact. Also as such the Natural surroundings provide power to the base.
Only three rooms are disallowed to members of Koukon other than Neo. Those are Shinku’s Control center. Shinku’s brain was created entirely by Neo and as such he is the only that can operate it. Neo’s personal quarters are also Off limits to the public. Then lastly Neo’s personal lab is off limits. All places have built in defense systems that if anything even a bug or mouse enters those rooms if the DNA Code isn’t Neo’s They are killed by 50 caliber bullets from Machine Guns all over the walls and if that doesn’t kill them they will be killed by the Lasers. Koukon could be considered the safest and most unknown and mysterious place on earth.

Box Weapons:
Soru Shoes - They look like black polo shoes, with 3 spinning rotating balls on the heal and ball of each shoe. The balls are used to create storm flames and emit storm flames from the bottom of the shoes, in which the will envelop the the entire shoe, so the person using these shoes will able to move at extremely high speeds as well as jump at least the hieght of 39 feet, and he can handle a landing force of 109 feet.

Yubashiri: The Yubshiri is an extremely light, but strong sword. Its light weight allows fast actions and reflexes, while maintaining its sharpness for cutting power. This blade is able to be covered in a storm fire

Box #1 Attack: Soru Kick
He dashes at the opponent using th shoe's abilities, and sends them as a frontal kick with his either leg, this attack can cause enough damage and/or force to send the person flying, as well as might be able to damage him enternally, but not serverly.
Box #1 Attack: Soru Storm Crush
He uses the shoes to increase his speed, enough so he can jump 20 feet in the air. He uses the air preasure around him and cause the shoes to emit the Storm Flames all around his feet, he fallls right down on top of his opponent. When he hits the ground and/or his opponent, he crushes the everything in a 5 meter radius. This is so powerful that once he starts this attack he cannot stop as well, as he and crush the hardest level of solidness and this attack is unable to be blocked. I puts a strain on his legs after he does this move, not so much that he isn't able to continue fighting or move, but enough to make bim feel the pain.
Box #1 Attack: Soru no Ka Nami
The user sorounds his right or left foot with storm fire and then, releases it as a style of wave attack at his opponent, the fire looks like a shark fine flying through the ground. This attack will cause serious burns as well as a minor slash on the person it hits, this is able to cause some extreme damage if it actually is able to hit, but being it moves at the speed of 5 mph makes it very easy to dodge, as well as it being a wave making it able to be blocked by any object if it is used with the right amount of force behind the attack.

Main weapon Attacks:
Attack #1: Spike Slash
Using the light weight of the blade, he chuck's/ throws the sword directly at the target, with enough force to cause a server puncture and wouldgo straight through, with that being done the male jumps forwards and grabs the handle pulling it out with so much force it litterally makes a slash on the person's body from just being pulled out.
Attack #2: Whispering Lion Cut
He slightly puts his hand on top of his sheathed blade, with a quick movement of his hand he spins the sword around in a circle, with that he disappeares or what seems like disappearing. This actually him moving at fast speeds while using the sword to confuse/daze the opponent, using their brain to his advantage. With that being done the user appears in front of his opponent, and sends his blade as a slash at the person's body, the slash is actually a multitude of slash, the exact number is 5. This many slashes make an amazing look of a lion on the persons body, and the blade is unable to be seen as five unless the person has amazing eyes.

He charges at the opponent with an extreme rate of speed, faster than what is humanly possible using the shoes from his box weapon. He unsheathes his sword with a quick movement and very little percision, but the sheer speed of the sword being unsheathed was enough to make the blade near invisible. The sheer speed of the bladem was enough to make a severe cut on the most sturdy of objects. He then returns the blade to it's sheath, as the actualy damage is inflicted. (( Yes this is the over used look of where the samurai cuts then when he sheaths the thing or person is cut))
