Small bio: He was once apart of a small town in the east blue until it was destroyed, by merman. Since then he has always bore hatred towards them and chose not to accompany or have anything to do with them. He was known to be the corrupt doctor, because he never helped anyone, he truly wasn't corrupted but merely didn't care about anyone but himself. Until he met a crew of pirates that taught him everything he needed to know. After some time he became truly accustomed to helping people and being a doctor for a crew once his crew split up he began searching for a new one in which he wants to share great Adventures with.

Qigong - This style of breathing allows thee user a longer life as well as the ability to spread chi, it was used as a way to find inner piece. It allows the user to gain a healthier life style as well as focus their chi into every fiber of their being. Using this style the male is able to release Chi as a weapon and almost blow someone away without even touching them this attack can only work if you are a few inches away from someones body.
Tai-chi Pressure technique - He uses intense speed to hit three different pressure points at once to try and stun the person.
Swift ocean kick - He uses Tai chi to sweep ad type of chi blast from his feet and sent it at an opponent as a wave.
Heal do Roon - This attack must be close to an enemy to use, he send his palm into his opponents chest and does nothing to there outside but, injures three internal organs and can cause massive blood vessels to pop from the inside of ones body.
Lasrus No Tai - He uses his flacon claws to make giant chi slashes that create and X in front of his form, it head form his enemy or the direction he shot it in, when used it takes up his chi.
Tonado Fist - He uses his abilities of the Qi Qi fruit, to create a tornado out of his fist that is does extrenal damage to a person's body, this type of attack can cause enough damage to knock a person out and/or send that person flying.
Double Tornado Blast - He uses his abilities of the Qi Qi fruit, to create a tornado out of both his fist that does extrene extrenal damage to a person's body, at first he is doing what he did in his single tornado fist.But as soon as the tornado hits, the opponent is spun around and then sent flying with the look of an impact dial hitting the persons body.
Chi Skin - He can completely use his chi as a type of armor around his skin, it makes his kin as hard as steel and is very durable, he cannot move during the time he uses this technique.
