Nidai Kitetsu: The Nidai Kitetsu is one of the 21 Ō Wazamono Grade Swords. Little is known about the Nidai Kitetsu's capabilities. However, to be one of the twenty-one finest katanas in the world means it is strong. Like all of the swords crafted by Kitetsu, this one is said to be cursed, and will bring a horrible death to all of its owners.

Bio: He was also formed in the green house but unlike his friend Takemaru, he was more controlled and had no reason to care about such emotions, this man was more crazy and much darker then Takemaru and has been known to be called evil. He trianed with the Cypher Pole and eventually raised to the rank of CP9. He has leanred most of the techniques they offer.

Name: Vector Vector no Mi
Type: Paramecia
Look: A black blue and yello water mellon.
Ability: The user can manipulate the vectors that come near his body, which in other words means that he can control the direction and amount of force and energy, be it momentum or current. This can only work in a 5 yard radius of his body. He can use the vectors everything, he can do this on anything besides anything bigger then a sky scrapper. Also, After he uses it in a fight it drains him alot depedning how many times he uses it. If he touches the attack it can cause it to be redirected at the same speed or even at a higher speed.
Moves:
Genppou- A technique in which the user actually jumps off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set themselves up for swift, aerial attacks.
Soru- A technique in which the user moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least 10 times in the blink of an eye.
The Shigan: is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary.
The Rankyaku: is a projectile technique, in which the users kicks out at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp "air blade" that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.
The Kami-e: makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper.
The Tekkai: hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. However, it can be broken by strong enough forces
The Rokuougan: is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. Rob Lucci states that only those who have absolute mastery of the other six skills can have access to this seventh skill. The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating shock wave, which seems to have the same power to an Impact Dial or even a Reject Dial (depending on the amount of energy absorbed by the dial), and causing massive internal injuries.
Sword Techniques:
He is a master of single handed sword fighting, it isn't really a style because it is a straight free style type of fighting. When he is going at Half strength he uses the one handed style, by using both hands he is going to be doing
One-Hand Style Techniques:
Tornado Slash: Accelerator uses his Katana and spun around, cutting people with his blade in a giant circle.
Sonic Sword Rain: Using his blade, Accelerator makes a flurry of quick stabs with his sword.
Soru no Yubashiri: He charges at the opponent, he unsheathes his sword with a quick movement and very little percision, but the sheer speed of the sword being unsheathed was enough to make the blade near invisible. The sheer speed of the blade was enough to make a severe cut on the most sturdy of objects. He then returns the blade to it's sheath, as the actualy damage is inflicted.
Whispering Lion Cut: He slightly puts his hand on top of his sheathed blade, with a quick movement of his hand he spins the sword around in a circle, with that he disappeares or what seems like disappearing. This actually him moving at fast speeds while using the sword to confuse/daze the opponent, using their brain to his advantage. With that being done the user appears in front of his opponent, and sends his blade as a slash at the person's body, the slash is actually a multitude of slash, the exact number is 5. This many slashes make an amazing look of a lion on the persons body, and the blade is unable to be seen as five unless the person has amazing eyes.
Spike Slash: Using the light weight of the blade, he chuck's/ throws the sword directly at the target, with enough force to cause a server puncture and wouldgo straight through, with that being done the male jumps forwards and grabs the handle pulling it out with so much force it litterally makes a slash on the person's body from just being pulled out.
