He is never going to admit anything about his past to anyone, this seems to be a reason for his silent behavior.

This type of clothing isnt a captains normal uniform but he would rather this then some uniform, his sword is connected to the left side of his bodt and is always sheated with a rope wrapping around the hilt and the case.
Physical Appearance: He has a slim body type, his hair is dark black and lays down on to his shoulder it's slightly spikey while the rest of his form resembles that of a body builder, he is slim and doesnt looke very built but under his shirt he has muscle that most people would not believe with the way he is built. His clothing seems to fall down perfectly on top of his body, like the cloths were made for his body type and look.
History: He was born into the Kuchiki family and thought of as a failure. When he was young he showed no sign of any spiritual preasure at all, when he reached the age to join the soul reaper academy he got great grades and always was popular, but his health was low and he never truly talked to anyone. He inherited the Byakuya Kuchiki's zanpakuto and has leanred all his sword play abilities, one day he was training with his grand father and he was given a scar across his chest. He was thought to be dead btu his grand father had merely just grazed him and Zero's health was so low this seemed like a death. Ever since then he has been after the position as leader of the Kuchiki clan,he developed the perfect skills and styles with his zanpakuto, and with doing that he has finally decide that he will only talk when needed.
~Custom Techniques~
Blood splattered needles - The male create energy in his hands in which he manipulates the ground below creating needles below his enemy, the needles are strong enough to puncture diamond, and go up at the speed of 25 mph.*[technique]
~Zanpakuto~
Spirit Form: A samurai from acient japan.
Shikai: " Scatter, Zenboku Sakura" His blade becomes thousand of blades that spread apart and become what looks like a blur of pink flower petals, when he first does this the blades cannot be seen, and is used as a attack, they become visible after they do this. He is able to completely manipulate the thousand blades as though he was made of the blades as well.
Bankai: " Bankai, Senbokuzakura Kageyoshi The blade including the handle dissapear this time, like before, except the sword disapears into the ground, he drops it and it just is absorbed into the ground. As this is done 10 blades come up around him on each side, they all spread apart and become the petals of blades that was used in the shikai, except there is much more, it is ten thousand petals instead of just one thousand. He is able to manipulate the blade and petals just like before except it surrounds them of sorts.
Bankai abilities:
Shūkei (終景, Final Scene; Viz: "last sight"): This condenses each and every single one of his blades into a single, potent sword, drastically increasing its cutting power. The spiritual energy and pressure of this form released is immense. The blade appears bright white and its aura takes the form of a bird, earning it the name Hakuteiken (白帝剣, White Imperial Sword; Viz: "white emperor sword"). Pure white wings form on Byakuya's back, as well as a halo-like circle, made of concentrated spiritual energy. It is unknown whether these wings are merely an aesthetic effect or if they can be used to fly. The blade in this form is dangerous enough to cause aggravated injuries in one single blow. Whether or not this form allows only one single attack or more is as yet unknown
Gōkei (吭景, Pivotal Scene): This form increases the number of tiny blades immensely. It creates a spherical formation of over 100 million tiny blade fragments, which swirl around the opponent like a cloud. It then flies into them from every possible angle, leaving no blind spots and no possibility to escape. It then collapses on itself, obliterating the opponent. It was strong enough to completely obliterate a very large building from the inside out, and the resulting shockwave generated by the attack is so powerful that Byakuya himself has to Flash Step away (Byakuya is normally immune to the cutting effects of his own Bankai, evident by the fact that he could wield the swords generated by its Senkei formation with bare hands without cutting himself).
