After a few years he became chosen to train under the masters, this was a great honor. He went into training for three years, when he emerged he had learned 6 or the 8 abilities. This showed that he had what it takes to be a rank 1, the clan's rules say that a person can learn more then 6 if he is taught by a master, but it's a long horrible process. After a few more years he had finished as much training as he could be given. The only way for him to continue forward is for one of the masters to die, so he could begin learning his 7th and 8th ability.
Kaito was then given the permission to leave the family home and go to school. He power being much ahead of most people his age, he show enough remarkable abilities to go to school. ~Power~
He has complete control of what is known as Telekinesis, the ability to be what people called psychic, in which this ability branches out into many different types. His clan is full of psychics and each of them with thier own abilities, they have long history of being able to see and interact with the spiritual beings. There is three families, combined into this clan each were started from three siblings. The main family is master of 6 different type of psychic abilities, Psychokinesis, Telepathy, Pyrokinesis, Clairvoyance, Astral Projection, and Illusion. The Second family is full of Teleportation master, and the third family is full of Time Controlers. The clan goes up by levels from 4-0, 0 being the strongest of the clan and 4 being the weakest.
The clan's abilities merge it the levels in which, a person of the strongest level can learn all of the families abilities, and the weakest can only learn one of the families abilities.
Level 0 (S rank) - The three leaders of the families, these are all old geezers and each of them masters of every psychic ability. This can only be obtained by long process of years of training and learning, this position can only be obtained through the choice of the masters, AKA the three leaders.
Level 1 (A Rank) - The second in comand of the clan, there are 15 of this level, five for each master of the families. These people have learned 6 of the 8 psychic abilities, and have been trained by each master once their whole life.
Level 2 (B Rank) - These people are the uppers of the clan, they show no control of anyone below them, but their powers are shown when in battle. This level is free and anyone can reach this level. People of this level have mastered 3 of the psychic abilities.
Level 3 (C Rank) - These People are more of the younger and newer members of the clan, they have barely any psychic abilites and are only able to use 1 of the abilites.
Level 4 (D Rank) - These people have almost no psychic ability, they are only able to see spiritual beings, not able to preform any of the psychic abilities.
~Techniques~
He is a level 1 of the clan and has mastered 6 of the 8 abilites like he was supposed to. This is why he continues to train, he is the heir to the main family master, and as so he must train non stop to acheive the highest possible rank. As soon as the old master dies, he will be given the training by the other masters to finish the last of the two abilities. If he does this, then he will be the next master of the main family. At this point he is only able to take down fuku-taicho's and maybe challenge Taichos if he is extremely lucky and if they are weakend.
Telepathy - is the ostensible transfer of information on thoughts or feelings between individuals by means other than the five senses. A person who is able to make use of telepathy is said to be able to read the thoughts and stored information in the brain of others. Telepathy, along with psychokinesis forms the main branches of parapsychological research, and many studies seeking to detect, understand, utilize telepathy have been done within the field.
Among the reasons the concept has not been accepted by the scientific community is that there is no accepted mechanism by which telepathy can work. As well, there is no definition which unambiguously distinguishes it from a number of other related concepts such as clairvoyance. Such abilities include sensing the thoughts of others.
The term psychokinesis, is sometimes abbreviated PK and TK respectively, is a term coined to refer to the direct influence of mind on a physical system that cannot be entirely accounted for by the mediation of any known physical energy. This ability allows the person to levitate and move the object or liquid in any way he chooses, with their minds. The person can literally pull a tree from it's roots and throw it roots first at a target, without ever touching the object.
Astral projection - is an esoteric interpretation of any form of out-of-body experience that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in the astral plane.
The idea of astral travel is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife in which the consciousness' or soul's journey or "ascent" is described in such terms as "an...out-of body experience, wherein the spiritual traveller leaves the physical body and travels in his/her subtle body into ‘higher’ realms." It is therefore associated with near death experiences and is also frequently reported as spontaneously experienced in association with sleep and dreams, illness, surgical operations, drug experiences, sleep paralysis and forms of meditation.
It is also sometimes cultivated for its own sake or may be believed to be a faculty derived from or necessary to some forms of spiritual practice. It may involve "travel to higher realms" called astral planes but is commonly used of any sensation of being "out of the body" in the everyday world, even seeing ones body from outside or above. It may be reported in the form of an apparitional experience, a supposed encounter with a doppelganger, some living person also seen somewhere else at the same time.
Pyrokinesis, was the name for the ability to create or to control fire with the mind. Pyrokinetic powers as being the ability to excite an object's atoms, increasing their thermal energy until they ignite. Without some form of electromechanical device, such as a device to release several of the compounds that do spontaneously ignite upon contact with the oxygen in air (such as silane, a pyrophoric gas, or rubidium), or some form of triggering device located at the source of the fire, there is no scientifically known method for the brain to trigger explosions and fires at a distance.
An illusion is a distortion of the senses, revealing how the brain normally organizes and interprets sensory stimulation. While illusions distort reality, they are generally shared by most people.[1] Illusions may occur with more of the human senses than vision, but visual illusions, optical illusions, are the most well known and understood. The emphasis on visual illusions occurs because vision often dominates the other senses. For example, individuals watching a ventriloquist will perceive the voice is coming from the dummy since they are able to see the dummy mouth the words.[2] Some illusions are based on general assumptions the brain makes during perception. These assumptions are made using organizational principles, like Gestalt, an individual's ability of depth perception and motion perception, and perceptual constancy. Other illusions occur because of biological sensory structures within the human body or conditions outside of the body within one’s physical environment.
The term illusion refers to a specific form of sensory distortion. Unlike a hallucination, which is a distortion in the absence of a stimulus, an illusion describes a misinterpretation of a true sensation. For example, hearing voices regardless of the environment would be a hallucination, whereas hearing voices in the sound of running water (or other auditory source) would be an illusion.
Teleportation - This abilty allows the user to instaniously move from one area to another. He can only do this abilty on himself or anyone he touches at the time he is teleporting. This ability is actually him moving every atom in his body at mach 5, which is literally able to make him teleport. Like a Sonido or Shunpo.
Weapons:
