ok i found out this thing gets you a swift belt that is EX/rare the problem is i don't think i would ever be able to get far enough into CoP to do the quest....
1: anybody know how much this thing goes for as you don't sell it on AH but is rare
2: searched online and saw that a few people where offer a ton of good items and gil(didn't clarify)
3: drop rate for this is pretty low(someone mentioned possibly 1/10) and drop rate for the NM is pretty low also

well, I know it's to get a Rare/ex drop, not sure of the name, on Lakshmi you can buy these for maby 40k-120k pending on how the Japs feal
