Well, since this is a new guild, we could have a "who could invite the most people that will actually talk in the guild kinda of contest" xD Once you get it up and running a little more. We should definitely have the banner contest. We could even perhaps have an icon contest, that would be interesting. I'm a big contest person, so other than this I don't really have any big suggestions.

I've seen it in few guilds, but not all.
Edit: We should do a clean up.. Those who have joined atleast 1 month ago and made 0 posts/comments whatever should be kicked out. ,w, It's just annoying having so much people, but none of the has posted anything yet :/

I agree with adding off-topic forums. I also think we just need to broaden the forum names. There should be somewhere to analyze the books for those of use literary nerds. I think there should be two separate forums: 1 for the book and another for the movie versions. I think there should be something fun like a question of the day to keep people coming back every day and keep people active. It could be about anything Alice related or whimsical that reminds us of Alice.

Just a suggestion;
A lot of guilds I'm in,
Have a "Little Marketplace" where they sell items or trade, and I was thinking, why not put one in here.?
Just throwing out the idea though,
Like what if we took,
The items, and sold them at our decided and desired prices,
but took some of our sold amount and donated it to the guild.?
now, none of my other guilds do the donating part,
but we could take all the gold donated to the guild,
and get prizes for contests.!
Just throwing out this idea,
Thought it'd be fun,
Say it's an item you can't/won't sell on the market place,
take it here,
maybe lower the price a little bit,
not much if you don't wish to,
or maybe even have it open for trade,
and see who buys it.!
Say you sell it for 14k,
what if you donate 2-4 or maybe even 5-9 of that money to the guild.?!
Then bring up an idea of a contest and your donated gold could be used to get prizes for the contest you thought of.!
See where this all comes together.?
Any thoughts.?
Any suggestions.?
Any improvements.?
Flaws.?

Yes that might be a good idea; but perhaps the guild should have a mule for storage of the donations for contests and such because donating directly to the guild only lets you buy more forums or send announcements.
My suggestions;
1. Role-Plays. Perhaps we should make the role-playing section more planned out? Perhaps the whole section could be one big role-play? Before people can role-play they most post a profile etc. Of course this would mean thinking up an idea for the role-play. Or if you want to keep so anyone can post different role-plays that take place in just one thread... perhaps there could be a seperate forum for peoples role-play character profiles... maybe its just me... but I like creating long and extensive profiles... with pictures!
2. Contests. Contests are very important! The most popular contests seem to be Avatar contests; where a theme is posted and people send in their avis or tekteks. A contest type that I am partial to is Caption Contests... where you have to think of a caption for a picture or screencap.
3. Guild events. Yessssss. We should have guild events like... every season or something... with contests and role-plays and... games!
4. Affiliates. Important. A way to get your guild notice and to get the other guild noticed at the same time! I own a guild; I'd be happy to affiliate this guild if you affiliate mine. Remember; affiliates don't have to be about the same thing!
