The duel will take place far outside of Las Noches, in the sprawling, featureless landscape of Hueco Mundo. The air is dry and cold and smells of bone. The white sand forms tall, broad dunes that cast sharply defined shadows in the pale light of the full moon that always hangs over Las Noches. Here and there, scrawny, pale trees dot the landscape or a breath of wind whips the sand into a miniature dust devil. Other than that, there’s really nothing out here.

This is a no-holds-barred match (though no one dies…). You can blast each other to smithereens, but realize that all such injuries (like losing an arm or a leg) are permanent. If the limb isn’t destroyed, you can get it reattached by an arrancar surgeon (we saw this with Yammy) but it won’t ever function at 100% again. The reason I bring this up is because people have asked about it.

Now, each duel is 15 posts apiece, plus intro and exit. You MUST post within eight days of the previous post, or I will disqualify you with no exceptions. I will monitor the matches, but not too closely. If you find fault with something your opponent is doing, DO NOT post a long string of OOC arguments. Let me know in a CALM PM and we can work it out.

If, for some reason, you will not make the post deadline, I will most likely disqualify you. I don’t want this tournament to be held up, because goodness knows I’ve made you wait long enough for it.

No auto-hitting, godmodding, powerplaying, excessive insulting, or being stupid.

heart -Jes

[Intro]

With a loud yawn the Arrancar came walking into the spot where the two of them were supposed to fight, not that Sigeric knew who he was supposed to fight it had slipped his mind, hopefully they were fun though. Actually, maybe he did remember his opponent's name. Wasn't it something like Nathaniel? That sounded about right, his opponent was Nathaniel.

"Come out Nathaniel! I know you're here!" He shouted to his surroundings, beckoning the wrong person to him. It would've been bad luck if there just so happened to be a Vasto Lorde around here and he just so happened to be called Nathaniel and he just so happened to be incredibly angry. But in all honesty, what were the chances of that. Hopefully zero.

Sigeric sat down, looking directly in front of him intently for Nathaniel, where was he? Too coward to come out yet? Or was Nathaniel secretly brooding, ready to launch a cero straight through Sigeric without him even seeing it, the b*****d. That must be exactly what Nathaniel was doing! Sigeric leapt right back up again and did a dainty, for such a large man, swivel, seeing no cero. False alarm.

"Why are you so slow Nathaniel."
Sigeric grumbled to himself. The idea of a cero being fired was incredibly exciting compared to where he was now. So Sigeric stood instead of sitting, now slightly paranoid, waiting for Natsuo, oh right, that was his name, no wonder he hadn't come out.

Natsuo grimaced awkwardly once he found out his opponent was none other than his fat friend Sigeric. He had met Sigeric before the invasion of the 8th squad, and in battle, had seen the true potential of his resserection. Judging on how Natsuo had analyzed him, on intelligence and strength, this battle would end up in Natsuo's favor. So why was he smiling? Ah, yes, because Sigeric was weak one.

So Natsuo walked calmly into 'the ring' with boasting confidence. Smiling gladly to himself as ever, tis was the way of Natsuo. He removed his hands from his sleeves, and fluffed his red hair and gave a wink towards Sigeric.

"Sigeric-kun, long time no see?" he asked friendliness. "Don't take it hard on yourself, once I beat you..."

Sigeric put his head to the side, surprised by Natuso's air of confidence. Who was Natsuo anyway? Just some kid that nobody knew the name of as far as Sigeric knew. While it seemed that Natuso had remembered Sigeric, Sigeric had not remembered Natsuo. Perhaps that wasn't a good thing though and said a few things or more about what Sigeric was really like. Although being memorable was no bad thing. Right?

Marvelling at how he seemed to attract all the gay men Sigeric gave a wink back. It seemed every man he ever met winked at him or started following him around a bit, at least that was true for Arrancar he had closely worked with. Natuso being one of them. It was, suspicious to say the least. Maybe Natsuo wasn't gay though, maybe he was just friendly. Sigeric had just gotten more paranoid over time, insanely paranoid in fact.

"Beat me!?" Sigeric bellowed back. "What the ******** are you on about? Don't you know who I am!?" Natsuo, being clearly as clever as he was had already managed to enrage Sigeric. " I'm the 10th Espada I am. Who the ******** are you. Some nobody! That's who" Yes, he was quite, angered, it wasn't a pretty sight to see. "Why I ought'a." Nearly exploding with rage Sigeric immediately used a sonido and attempted to not just punch his opponent in the face with his right hand, curled up into a fist quite a bit larger than Natuso's actual face but also, he was going to fire a bala immediately after. Most importantly, if Natuso didn't dodge, Sigeric would keep punching and firing Balas at Natuso's face until either he got tired out or Natuso got knocked out.

The angry man let out an enraged roar as he threw his first punch. When you got down to it Sigeric was rather petty.

((lmfao you post just like a book))

Natsuo performed a high jump over Sigeric's fist, like a monkey, with both hands on Sigeric arm and his feet towards Sigeric's face. Upon the direction of Sigeric's body weight moving foward, there would be impact. Maybe or maybe not. So for plan be, Natsuo whispered, "Cero...." and like a laser cannon, a huge red laser shot from his hand onto whatever was beneath him. (Sigeric's arm)

Not once...was Natsuo ever off his guard. Not once...has he ever truly trusted his own kind, much less a shinigami. Not once...was he ever going to lose to Sigeric. Sigeric was an espada, for a reason. What he lacks, he makes up for in other areas. Natsuo knew this from the get-go. Sigeric was the type of guy to use his fist, not blade, so this move was easily anticipated and countered. So will be the others...

((Wait, what. I don't know what that means at all. Well anyway, this is all assuming I read your post right as this is what it seemed to say to me))

On instinct Sigeric charged his own cero as he saw Natsuo flying towards him, it was too late for his arm, that was done for and would be put out of action until Sigeric used Resurrecion but on the other hand, he could at least score some damage on Natuso because of how close he was, it was a mistake to attack Sigeric head on in close range because of the way he fired his cero, unlike most other Arrancar Sigeric didn't need to strike much of a pose and could near enough fire them 'willy nilly'. It was quite a handy ability to be able to fire cero from your eyes.

Phweem, the cero flew towards Natsuo, a dark purple torrent of pure reiatsu. Natsuo would not want to be on the receiving end of that. Not that he had much room to dodge.

As the cero shot out towards Natsuo directly in front of him Sigeric howled out in pain as his arm was made useless. His hierro was all that had saved him from losing that arm immediately. Although Natsuo was skilled, he probably couldn't dodge this cero on the other hand without moving at incredible speeds, a sonido would be absolutely necessary and to do that he would have to cancel his own cero because the time frame wasn't great enough for him to both fire his own cero and dodge, not unless he was exceptionally fast.

Another thing that could work in Sigeric's favour was the fact that firing a cero at such short range like that would cause an explosion right on Natuso's hands. In short, he would do more damage to himself because he would no longer be able to wield his sword due to having just fired a cero while right next to a solid surface in addition to having not been able to pierce or destroy it and thus causing an explosion right on top of his own hands.

Yes, the main problem with Natsuo's move was that as much damage as it would do to Sigeric it would do an equal or greater amount to Natsuo.

Sigeric reeled back after all these events had taken place, grunting and panting, considering if it was a good time to use his Resurrecion. Natsuo was fast to say the least and that didn't help for Sigeric but, if Sigeric used his Resurrecion he would immediately gain the upper hand, his huge size would mean he had speed alike to Natuso's due to his size and thus being able to move greater distances with less effort.

"You're pretty good actually." Sigeric said, grasping his left arm and feeling the deep wound and severe burn on it, anyone could tell you that it was out of action for a while. Unlike Natsuo, Sigeric could not effectively analyse battles, he could only go for what seemed like a sensible option. That was one of many advantages Natsuo had. It seemed this wouldn't turn out well for the tenth.

Right now he would need reach though, Sigeric knew at least that, if he had reach then Natsuo wouldn't be able to pull off another move like his last and so. Sigeric drew his sword, a huge rusted sword but quite capable of cutting Natsuo down. "I'll make certain you learn your lesson though." Sigeric said, now he had a goal, he would certainly, absolutely make Natsuo get down and beg for mercy.

Natsuo was shocked to see a glowing red spark out of his opponent's eyes. A cero, fatty isn't so dumb as I thought... So just in the midst of charging his cero, Natsuo used his sonido, to get him a few feet above Sigeric's cero range. Unfortunately his small miscalculation with his prediction of range has left him flying straight back into the dessert ground. Bouncing up and down until he came to a halt on a pile of sand.

Natsuo chuckled happily," Fatty-chan's so strong!!!!" he said with amazement and awe. But by his voice, someone could easily tell he was mocking him. It gave him anger and new found confidence. I'm gonna kick your a**!!!

Natsuo telepathically removed his weapon from his back and separated his zanpakto(tantos) with the anger that was swelling up from inside of him. He stood up steadily. He waveringly rose his head, Natsuo glared with boasting confidence. He struck one into the ground. "I'm better than good...!!" Natsuo roared, letting some of his reiatsu flare up. He then transferred his flowing reiatsu into the ground, making it shake violently. This quake got even worse as reiatsu broke apart the ground allowing stalagmites to form on the ground. Again he used his tlepathic powers to uplift the stalagmites and throw them towards his opponent.

((May I give you a tip Natsuo? When you fire something say the precise number and tell me where they're headed. Your attack is too general and as such it comes into my hands how I receive it and is no longer in your domain. It's a serious disadvantage to you. It might've just been been a one off but we can't risk that.))

With a chortle Sigeric watched Natsuo's sonido. How had he even managed that? Sigeric wasn't sure as he hadn't got full view of it but he'd probably slammed himself into the floor while using his sonido onto his hand, that must've hurt. Really bad. Sigeric almost felt sorry for Natsuo until he began speaking again. That seemed to be the part that turned Sigeric off of Natsuo. Whenever he began to speak he seemed to come out with something really confident and that really got on his nerves. The peppy little b*****d.

He overheard Natsuo's next little statement. He was mocking him!? He hadn't even managed to get a solid hit in and he was mocking him. The cheek of this guy. He had no claim to power and he was already feeling like he could just take it easy and smack Sigeric around like a baby. Which may or may not have been true.

Of course, due to the fact Sigeric's arm was not out of action he was a lot stronger than he would've been. In some ways, Natsuo would've been better off firing that cero and taking a cero than dodging. At the least, Natsuo would've wounded his opponent sufficiently that he could only work at half capacity. If anything, he should have taken a risk and seen if it had paid off. Of course, risking things in fights wasn't such a good idea always and if Natsuo wanted to know for a fact that he wasn't going to be put down and out right at the start of the battle then he had taken the right choice. It all came down to how you saw the battle and while Natsuo probably would've went with the latter option Sigeric would've certainly went for the former. It was how their minds worked. Completely different.

Telepathy? What a novel ability The fat man thought to himself, of course, he wasn't ready for what was coming next but the distance he had from Natsuo meant that he wasn't going to be hit immediately but he would have a slightly larger problem than he had expected.

"That show of reiatsu is impressive but, it all comes down to who's the physically strongest. Your tiny body is a million years to early to compete with my strength" Sigeric said, chopping the first stalagmite headed at him clean in half with brute force alone, it split, going around him in mid air. Then the second came, he was going to turn this attack right back on Natsuo. Hopefully his physical strength could out do Natsuo's telekinetic power. Sigeric was an Espada and a very physically strong one at that so. The chances of his move being successful were considerably high.

The sound of static rang out and Sigeric appeared beside the second stalagmite headed for him and smashed the side of it with his fist, sending the thing rearing off course and flying right towards Natsuo spinning
wildly. It was a bad thing for Natsuo as, while Sigeric's weapon was suited to cutting huge things in half but bad for quick and precise strikes Natsuo's was clearly the exact opposite. There was no way using one tanto that he could cut something like that in half.

"Hoowah!" Sigeric shouted. The earlier anger had now left him. Rather than talk and get bothered in this fight he was going to enjoy this as much as he could. Now, instead of anger fuelling his fight it was pure childish ecstasy. Of course, Sigeric looked anything but like a child.

((Haha, it's interesting to watch your write. You should become a writer, I would enjoy buying and reading your books. And I shall heed your advise, and use it the next time I attack.))

Natsuo chuckled to himself on the irony of this fight. He had made one thing clear, Sigeric's weakness: power of the mind. His chuckle became loud and obnoxious as he told Sigeric of his findings. "We are exact opposites, wouldn't you say? Sigeric-chan? I use the power of my mental strength, while you use the power of your physical strength," he exclaimed as Natsuo saw him shatter the boulder in front of him.

It was true that Sigeric’s brute strength was beyond Natsuo’s in light years, but Natsuo’s small body allowed him to maneuver with faster speed, better than Sigeric ever could have done. For an example, with the spinning out of control boulder hurdling its way towards Natsuo, Natsuo used a simple sonido, and rose ahead of the boulder, letting it fly past him.

Natsuo continued watched with anticipation analyzing how his strength was used like a brute, none other than a savage. He didn’t think about how to crush them, only to make sure that he crushed them. “But the thing is though, I can keep up my mental strength all day long, and you can’t...” A sweat dropped from Natsuo brow, as he lifted his hands, and the sand beneath did as they were commanded, rising from the arid ground. Some twisted themselves into small rocks of different shapes and sizes and spaced themselves apart from all around Natsuo’s body, from very close to 7 meters far. Others twisted to form a sand twister which violently encased Natsuo and his foe. Now the rest of the boulders could not be seen or heard due to the sand storm. There were 2 boulders left.

Another sweat dropped from his head onto his brow, as he summoned more sand, and hardened them into rock. He sent all of the 6,000 sharp rocks hurdling towards Sigeric in a bullet like manner.

((I can only write as interestingly as you can. When in a fight you rely on your opponent most of all. If your opponent is interesting then that's the perfect opportunity to outdo them and make your post more interesting. On the whole, we should keep trying to outdo each other to make super interesting posts. And in my opinion, my posts are really rather dull. Of course if you find them interesting that's fine, it's nice to hear but I owe you for it.))

((Most importantly. Whoops. Didn't mean to do this.))

Natuso was, absolutely right. They were exact opposites and while Sigeric hadn't caught onto this during the fight it seemed the ever analytical Natsuo had. Unlike Sigeric he could grasp onto details, important facts which would give him the upper hand and with that he had all the potential to beat Sigeric. Of course, even with all the information in the world a lot of it came down to power and their actual abilities, if Natsuo did not put this information to good use it would be completely useless, rather, he would've wasted time in the battle thinking but without actually using it. How could Natsuo use the fact they were complete opposites to his advantage exactly? There had to be a way but it seemed neither had truly grasped onto anything they could use yet. Well Natuso might have but he'd not truly made use of it yet.

His laugh however, still got on Sigeric's nerves. That kid was always laughing at him silently or behind his back. But the heat of battle had made Sigeric forget it, there was too much going on right now for him to have time to worry about that, he could reply though to Natsuo's statement.

"So what if we're different. It doesn't change the fact I'm gonna' kick your tiny a**!" He roared, Sigeric always seemed to roar a little because of his size but in this case it was really a roar and it was seasoned with the anger and excitement he was feeling now. To some Arrancar it would've been absolutely terrifying but, considering it was Sigeric, some Arrancar would just laugh at how violent he was. One thing you could tell though was that Sigeric believed every word he said, he really did believe with conviction that he would most definitely beat the living daylights out of Natsuo. If this was true or not was yet to be seen because neither of them had taken major damage, they had both been able to counter each other's attacks and break through each other's moves. Right now, to most on lookers, it would've seemed like it could go any way.

Natuso was certainly fast as he had just demonstrated but speed alone wouldn't bring him victory. If anything, the moment Sigeric used his Resurrecion, he would counter this with his greater girth and so in the long run, Natsuo's speed meant nothing, even though he would still be faster than Sigeric the fact that Sigeric was so huge would mean he would travel through more space in less time.

"Bullshit." Sigeric swore at the Arrancar he was fighting, Sigeric wasn't going to agree with Natsuo this time around. Not like with his earlier statement. Well not fully. "It doesn't matter if I can't keep this up all day. I get one good hit in on you and you're dead you little twerp, don't get cocky." This was all guessed on by how tiny Natsuo looked in front of the humongous Sigeric. In size comparison Natsuo was absolutely tiny and so it was only natural to assume he was a very fragile little thing that could be broken apart with one punch. Sigeric's confidence might have been inspiring if he wasn't being quite so pompous about the whole thing, that really helped to throw off the whole supportive business.

"Impressive." Sigeric said, the tornado was that, most certainly. It was dangerous too as Sigeric's abilities were not suited to this kind of attack, it was likely that Natsuo would get a good hit in on him this time around, dodging six thousand projectiles at the same time was quite simply impossible, no man could do it, even the fastest among the Espada would've probably had trouble.

It was of course, thanks to his Hierro once again, that Sigeric could recover from this attack in addition to his muscles and blubber, it basic, it was a bad choice of projectiles on Natsuo's part. Had he chosen something large then Sigeric would've had a lot more trouble with it and would've probably taken a lot more damage but, due to his body shape and the fact that Natsuo had decided to just pelt him with stones in the end all Sigeric was left with were some small scratches all over his body. It hurt, that was for sure but even the weakest Arrancar could regenerate from that. Although Natsuo was certainly an analytical fighter he seemed often to forget to take in things like shape, space and size. His strategies were clever but he forgot anatomy and other such things. To think that simple stones could penetrate iron skin was almost ridiculous although not impossible as he had proved but Sigeric wasn't going to go down from just being pelted with stones, he'd been on fire and survived that before, in comparison, tiny sharp stones were nothing.

"Ow. Ow. Why'd you do that?" Sigeric said, not bleeding, the cuts weren't deep enough because of the size of the stones. "That wasn't even that good my body just hurts all over." The Arrancar said, the thousands of tiny cuts alone wouldn't stop him "You clearly don't understand what a cut is Natsuo." Swish, Sigeric had used his sonido to appear in front of Natsuo with his sword held high, he'd been planning a little trick while he was talking to Natsuo. Swish, it was too late now if Natsuo had decided to block. Sigeric was behind him and had swung his sword backwards towards Natsuo's upper back.

Natsuo was going to have trouble stopping this one. For a start, he probably wasn't fast enough to do a full swivel round and block the attack with his weapons, not that he could, Sigeric's superior strength and the size of his sword would've meant that he would've totally broken Natsuo's guard unless he had become super fast and super strong suddenly. In addition to that, it was unlikely Natsuo would duck it, based on the first example Sigeric had given on how he was about to slash it would be safe to assume he was doing it in the same style rather than a sideways cut, of course, it was anything but a huge cut downwards from the sword in the air. Natsuo also could not block it by holding his tanto behind him, even if he blocked it off that Sigeric was, once again, slashing with enough force to completely break Natsuo's guard.

It seemed like Sigeric would get his first good hit in on Natsuo right now, unless Natsuo had reacted like a coward in the first place and used his sonido the moment Sigeric had lifted up his sword and there was no doubt. Sigeric would antagonise him for that, all over getting one petty and yet deep sword strike in on Natsuo's back to cut him down.

((1. Well at first I thought your post were too, but as I have seen you in this fight you really get into your character as a narritor describing them very well, really playing the part.
2. Wow I’m so happy to hear that your post inspiration is none other than moi. >.< I can almost cry, but I won’t, I promise I wouldn’t shed a tear…You will be my inspiration for this fight as well Pad-sama!!!! This I swear!!!!))

Natuso’s grin grew wider as he had discovered his hypothesis about the durability of a hollows hierro was absolutely correct. He had always wondered if the strongest of hollows, espadas, could ever have their skin with the abilities of hierros penetrated by a sharp object of high velocity. Finally he had tested it, and the results were positive. As the rocks were seemingly bouncing off of Sigeric’s body, like a Hulk, they had left small cuts in which they had touched him. Of course some arrancars would count this as a “foolish act of ignorance” since the result was insignificant in account for damage. However, Natsuo’s purpose for this attack was quite significant since it did create an “opening” that Sigeric did not see. He “had truly grasped onto“something Natsuo” could use” which could turn Sigeric’s strength into a weakness.

This discovery made him giddy inside, which of course made him seem more annoying, which “got on Sigeric's nerves.” In truth, Natsuo admired all the espadas in a kind awe manner. For Sigeric, it was his strength and intimidation. He had always wanted to instill into the hearts of his enemies, and the ability to do so, but being the size that he was, with no real ranking, he couldn’t do achieve that goal. That was until this tournament. Normally he would have felt a slight wrongness in his heart, for treating Sigeric like an enemy. But ever since he had tasted Jes fruits, he has felt as if he was becoming heartless...

Sigeric’s statement woke Natsuo up from his dazed daydreams. Since Nastuo was a quick thinker. Once he found and opening, it would take him a minute to get to the closure. He heard Sigeric roar, which seemed like a battlecry the way it shook the battlefield. Out of proper respect, Natsuo’s smiled dropped as he cracked his knuckles getting amped up for the fight as well. The air began to grow dense as Natsuo released his spiritual pressure even more. The sands began to respond to Natsuo’s inner violent feelings by swirling around and conducting the winds to be violent as ever. Some of the sand arrancar bones and enviornemntal arrancar animals began to twist in the eye of storm, then tossed out in pieces in the ground away.

First, Sigeric had used a sonido, which was highly anticipated, thought Natsuo due to his size. The problem was where, exactly, which Natsuo had already calculated or found out. Since Sigeric’s abilities or resserecion does not have anything to do with earth, he cannot move through it. So to see Sigeric’s direction of movement before he attacked Natsuo, Natsuo had spaced the some of the remaining rocks around his body from up close to 7 meters away. Of course, since it was a sonido was fast, Natsuo had to be faster than his opponent and use the same technique he/she did for it to work. In this case, it should work, which it did. Soon, a large group of rocks began to separate themselves in front of Natsuo, as if they were making a way for Sigeric. Natsuo quickly began to pick up sand and condense it into his tantos to attack Sigeric first which would protect himself from the incoming blow. Surprisingly, there was no blow, which gave Sigeric a surprising edge, to Natsuo astonishment. However it also gave time for Natsuo to come up with a suitable defense/offense for Sigeric’s next attack.

Little did Sigeric know, that in Sigeric’s first appearance, Natsuo had used the rocks that spaced around Sigeric’s body to clump together around his opponent’s sword. The rocks on the sword caused it to clump together and add more weight to it. As Sigeric shunpoed the rocks followed as well, seeing that they were infusing themselves within this sword. Once he appeared behind Natsuo, more rocks clamped on like positive charged particles to a negatively charged magnet. It was long till the sword looked like a flat hald of a log. Natsuo knew this would slow him down, so Natsuo jumped to the side quickly, dodging the blow onto the ground and charging his cero. The blow of course broke off some of the rocks, but like paste it reattached itslelf onto the weapon. From the aftermath, the sand not only exploded in Sigeric’s face, but for defense, Natsuo made it so the sand was too thick to see him charge and shoot his cero. For offense the remaining sand on the ground held his weapon there for a short period of time like glue. So by the time Segeric had realized Natsuo was not there and his weapon was stuck in the sand, a red cero was already shot 5 meters from Sigeric position. Natsuo knew he had done too much for this simple battle, which was wearing him out internally. It would take him about 5 minutes to recharge his telepathy to the fullest again. The boulders soon crumpled into sand on the ground, and the sandstorm became calm again. Even so, Natsuo always had a plan for these situations.

((Is that so? Well. If it tickles your fancy then that's fine by me. Let's just try keep this up and let's remember that length alone doesn't make a good post.

It doesn't matter how much I type I think. It's still rubbish.))

That grin, it was, disconcerting. The confidence behind it seemed to come from nowhere and although it had a source it was unknown. When a man is smiling when they're just about to be chopped to pieces, or at least, when Sigeric thought they were just about to be chopped in half. It makes a man more cautious. Sigeric was rowdy and violent but he wasn't a complete idiot. He knew as well as the next Arrancar that when your opponent is smiling that you've got something to worry about. Natuso was crafty and Sigeric had learnt that in his short battle, his fighting style was crafty; you could see that in his first use of the cero. The way he used projectiles, going for number over size, that was another crafty thing. Even though Sigeric had not singled out these events he had, came to the conclusion that Natsuo was crafty simply because of the way he had acted so far. So a grin was not a good sign.

However, if Sigeric had actually learnt what it was Natsuo was grinning about he probably would've given the lad a good spanking, if he was his mother. As he was not he probably would've just given him a good smacking round the face to beat his opinion into him. That was, if Natsuo didn't just dodge like usual. Sigeric was strongly under the opinion that anyone could be beaten, no tests were necessary and finding weaknesses was pointless. All you needed was every drop of willpower in you. You just needed to beat them into the floor until they regretted ever messing with you. Interestingly, this had apparently got him up to the rank of tenth Espada so he must've been doing something right.

You could've never known that Natuso admired the Espada. He hid it well, in fact, throughout the battle it seemed Sigeric hadn't got respected at all. Had he known that Natsuo had even held a glimmer of respect for him perhaps he wouldn't be so intoxicated by battle as of this moment but, the way Natsuo had acted so far was quite venomous. He had been insulting Sigeric the whole way and had even claimed that he was stronger. Having not tasted Jes' 'fruits' though, Sigeric could not sympathise with Natuso at all. Even if Natsuo were to tell him, Sigeric would not understand. He would probably claim that it was no excuse and that he should just police himself instead of getting high on some crazy old lady's magic powers, how old was he? Twelve. Of course, Sigeric wouldn't say that because he had no idea about the situation. Well, not now. In fact, Sigeric had never talked to Jes it seemed. Oh well. He didn't want to, a woman with that kind of reputation was scary.

Natuso's battle skills were a nightmare. The combination of speed and telekinesis made him someone not to be taken lightly and Sigeric had done just that. Well, not really because he'd tried applying an actual strategy for the first time in this battle but his attacks weren't very clever and so one could've easily seen it as taking someone lightly. Espada were expected to be quite intelligent, no?

Sigeric had never seen this coming and spluttered in the dust. Sneaky b*****d. What had he done which had allowed him to so easily dupe Sigeric? It must've been pretty damn clever, no, really da- "Oof" The cero smacked Sigeric right in the back, sending him blasting off into the air, spinning round and round, doing flip after flip until he came to a stop about sixty whole meters away. If you were to catch Sigeric off guard then this was how badly you'd hurt him and that was just what Natsuo had done. Sigeric was far from dead and far from being unable to fight but he was hurt, the back of his clothes were ripped wide open and on the back there was a deep scar. It would heal, not quickly and certainly not immediately but it would definitely go at some point in the future. The burning smell of flesh followed Sigeric wherever he moved and it was going to take a while to get used to this. His Resurrecion would probably heal this to a point where it wasn't such a big problem and his scratches would be gone but it would not go without a few days left to heal. The little b*****d had got Sigeric good and in mid thought.

Slowly turning around Sigeric's eyes showed how he was feeling. It was a mix between extreme pain and seething rage. He was absolutely not going to let Natsuo get away with this little trick. No way in hell. Natsuo would pay dearly for hitting a man whose back was turned. He would crush the boy; turn his bones and organs to liquid. He was no longer just satisfied with making him beg for mercy. If Natsuo wasn't such a trickster maybe he wouldn't have invoked Sigeric's rage. Some people just didn't appreciate people who fought like that and the tenth was one of them.

Barely able to stop himself in fury Sigeric used a sonido to appear right next to Natsuo at the side. He was in pain but his own fury would allow him to forget about it temporarily but only temporarily, the moment he lost it, he would be in pain once more and have a hard time moving or anything.

With his free hand Sigeric attempted to grab hold of Natsuo and crush him. Just one of Sigeric's hands was large enough to hold the entire chest and then some of Natsuo. When and if Natsuo was grabbed he would know about it. He would be able to resist for a while but within seconds he would feel his bones start to crack. It would only take three minute for Sigeric to completely crush him and without his telekinetic powers Natsuo would be completely helpless in Sigeric's massive hands. All this was of course assuming Natsuo didn't just dodge again but Natsuo was not at one hundred percent. He had used his powers quite carelessly and now he was going to pay the price, if he had used his powers effectively against the tank like Espada then maybe Sigeric would already be on the floor bleeding to death and Natsuo would be standing victorious. Right now though, due to Natsuo's choices in attacks, it didn't seem like that was going to happen.

((Okay your kinda pissing me off with the way you talk about my charcter when you narrate. I'm going to show you how effectively and destructively Natsuo can use his power...))

A smile of satisfaction played across Natsuo’s face as he watched his opponent receive his cero with direct hit across his side. Natsuo didn’t think, due to the presumptions Sigeric’s massive size and heirro, that his ceros would have a good enough affect. But it seemed that he was wrong as he had just witness the result of his destruction, giving his sempai, a deep scar on his back. Natsuo knew that this would make him angry, but it also created a weak spot, in his nearly impenetrable body. Natsuo also knew that he better start before Sigeric recovered.

So in the meantime of Sigeric composuring himself, Natsuo laid back for the sand to cover his body, allowing him blend in with the surroundings. Once Sigeric would look around to see Natsuo, he would find him, in the same position where he once was, with that angering smile across his face.

”I can’t believe they pinned me against the tenth…this is truly a harsh punishment” Natsuo thought quietly in his head as he used his telekinetic powers to push him deeper into the ground away from the fight. He could easily tell who was who, by observing the spiritual signatures of each object. One was flaring wildly like fire, while the other was like a statue, very solid. Sigeric picked up the boy (it) with one hand, which gripped it’s entire body. The boy’s face remained emotionless, until Sigeric gripped harder which strangely made it smile. Since the replica was made out of sand, and Natsuo’s telepathy powers were weakened at a critical but recoverable stage, it crumpled into sand in Sigeric’s death grip.

”Three more minutes left…” Natuso thought to himself as he summoned up two more replicas with no strain at all. This time they were equipped with Natsuo’s tantos. Their eyes were not the window of their souls, because they didn't have one, but with their intimidating selves, they seem pulse as if they were arrancars of their own. The first was created in Natsuo’s image as a dummy or the decoy in Natsuo’s place. Natsuo’s coat helped lower his reiatsu/energy so he wouldn’t be tracked, meaning near total invisibility that even Jes would find hard to track. The other was in pure defense as it resembled Sigeric with his intimidating demeanor and rough exterior similar to Sigeric’s herrio. He was not quipped with weapons, but that surely could be adjusted without a problem.

A small sandstorm began to kick up in the air, just enough to shrowd the dusty figures as actual people.
