 Welcome to Invite and Win. The concept of this contest is pretty simple. Invite people and you win gold and/or a letter of the month. ;]
This contest exists for two very big reasons. Reason number one is to help those questing. Reason number two is to help this guild grow. We want to help you get what you want and reward you for helping us at the same time. ^-^
All you, the participant, has to do is go around the Quest and Charity forum and talk to a fellow quester or charity owner about wanting to join a charity guild. If they want to join send them a link to this guild then post in this thread with the person's username. There is a catch to winning some gold and/or a letter though. The person you get to join must post an application in the application thread in the main forum.
The contest is a month long. For each person you get to join you get 500g. If they post an application you get an additional 1k (1,000g). At the end of the month the person with the highest number of applicants gets 1.5k (1,500g) for every applicant as well as their choice of this month's letter or the gold equivalent.

xxDo not stretch the pages or quote anything.
Two.
xxNo fighting, bickering, or being rude to fellow guild members.
Three.
xxDo not bump here. There is a sticky in the JibbaJabba for that.
Four.
xxYou may have simple talk with another person here (hi, hello, how are you, what have you been up to, goodbye, xxet cetera) but no long winded conversations here.
Five.
xxIf the person does not agree to join say thanks for your time and have a good day.
Six.
xxYou are allowed to team up with a friend but splitting the gold/items is up to you and your friend.
Seven.
xxYou cannot force anyone to join the guild. Any one caught doing such will be banned from participating in the xxcontest.
Eight.
xxDo not attempt to pad your score by inviting the same user under multiple accounts. This kind of scamming will xxget you disqualified from the contest. A second offense will get you banned from the guild. Greed will not be xxtolerated here.

 How YOU win: Simple, get people to join the guild and post an application. To make sure everyone gets something, for each person you get to join you get 500g. If they also post an application you get 1k (1,000g). Whoever gets the most people to join in a month will get a monthly letter. You will always get something for your work. If there is a tie the price of the letter will be divided in half and both winners will receive gold.Information to get people to join: (Just copy and paste if you want or feel free to use your own version.)
If the person says okay to the first part then you can post the second part.

Would you be interested in joining a charity guild? You will have a chance to win 10k every two weeks by posting an application, and by posting an application you are automatically entered in a raffle. In the raffle you could win a letter of the month or 10k. Some people have won both at the same time. =)

It's very simple. All you need is in the main forum rules announcement thread. In there are two very small forms. Copy the correct one, fill it out, and post it in [b]Application Session 4[/b]. The thread will be closing at midnight on [b]March 2nd[/b], so if you post it now you are in the running to win 10k and maybe more.
Posting your application, aka the form, every application session helps you to win more. You may only post [b]once[/b] per session but the more sessions you post in the more likely you are to be nominated for a donation. So don't forget to check back to the guild every 2 weeks and post your application again. =)
How many winners depends on how many people post an application. Example: 34 people post applications. There will be 3 winners (34 rounded down). As for the raffle, there are 2 winners. Raffle winners are chosen via Gaia's Random Number Generator.

 Your name will be placed on this list when you post your first catch here. Your username and who you told the guild about will be on this list. This is to keep track of who has been told about the guild, requested to join the guild, and posted an application. As things happen, their text color changes. This is so you, the participant, knows what is going on and so other participants will know who has been invited so they don't waste any of their time on someone who had already been talked to.Example: (Hasn't requested to join)
