No, really, it's seriously called that.
While the name has been a cause for hesitation upon entering the establishment, it's actually quite normal inside. There are stylish chairs, a clean counter and the magazines are even recent!
In Death City, this cafe has become a popular place to meet friends or just hang out. The coffee's not half-bad either.

As soon as the doors to Deathbucks flew open the cashiers flinched and the more frequent visitors almost immediately hid from Echo. It's not that she was a terror, or did anything bad. She just tended to be a bit crazy for her coffee. Echo paused and blinked at the sight before her. Two people were trying to fit under one table.''Geez. . .You know I'm not that bad, eh?'' she mumbled and turned to the doors again.''Soi~''she cooed, setting her hand on her hip. ''I'll go find us a seat, eh?'' Her small accent was getting a bit more frequent as she spoke. Echo never really bothered to fix her accent. If Soi didn't complain about it, she didn't fix it.

Soi let out a long sigh as he watched the people within the coffee shop panic and go into hiding as they entered. A few people transformed into weapons and vanished as the light hit there partners, showing that they were small weapons of some kind; easily hidden. That however brought to mind that he had never seen Echo's transformed state; however she did say she was a sword, so there was no need seeing as he was the 'best' fencer in ll of France.
With a sigh he walked up to the counter and looked at the woman at the counter. "I'm pretty sure you know what I am going to order" He said with a long sigh; he knew he got a green tea Frapechino; and he wouldn't even bother trying to remember all of what Echo ordered on a normal basis; there where too many items to remember them all; but at least she had a usual; which once again; Soi had not bothered to remember. At least everyone in the shop did.

Echo
Echo sat quietly, her feet dangling from the seat. She observed Soi ordering his drink without even specifying the name. Seeing that inspired her to attempt the same thing. ''Hey Connie! Lay one on me toots, Make it snappy, Eh? HOLY SHI-'' Echo ducked from a flying coffee that was headed for her face. It was obviously thrown by one of the workers. Apparently talking like that get's you no-where but maybe a face-full of coffee. She then peered at Soi, giving him one of those 'No fair!' looks. Her partner always looked so calm and casual when he's in public.
Echo glanced around and scotched herself off the chair and walked over to the counter and ordered like a NORMAL person.''Pumpkin spice latte, please.'' She said quietly and cleared her throat. She noticed nothing got thrown at her when she asked normally, but it still made her feel a bit jealous of her partners casual attitude.

"See how much easier that was after you started to act like a normal person?" He said putting much strain on the work normal. After a few minutes Soi took the two beverages and walked over to the seat that Echo had been sitting at when the employee had thrown the coffee at her. As he sat down he handed Echo her drink and took a sip of his own. "So... what kind of test's are there at the school?" He asked Echo after he took his drink; the man in the mask had only told him the basics of the school leaving out as many details as he could manage' leaving Soi almost completely in the dark with only enough information not to faint at the sights he saw there. "I know about the Demons, and weapons like you; but thats about it" He said using the word that the 'normal' people used other then the term used at the school' seeing as how he was not used to the new term. A few of the girls at another table giggling at his choice of words.

Echo let out a small grumble in response to Soi's first statement. She calmly took the cup from him and set it down, taking out only a few of the many markers she had stored in random places. ''Well, you got your standard mission, where you go out and do somebody's dirty work. Like pick up trash, community service things and such. Then you got your missions with Kinshin eggs. Those will be a bit harder, especially if our wave lengths aren't good, eh?'' she replied to him with a gleeful grin as she was coloring her coffee cup.''Then you got your tests the teacher might give ya, it might be something like testing how synced we are, or maybe something random. I'm not too sure about it.'' Echo said with a questionable glance and looked up at him from her cup.'' Sorry if I'm not helping, but eh, I tried.'' she said halfheartedly and glanced at the girls who were looking at Soi.''Ey, you attract a bunch of attention for such a casual person you know that?'' she teased him, waving a marker like a pointing stick at him and stuck her tongue out.

Soi raised one eyebrow as he listened to his partner talk about the multiple different types of jobs and test's that the school had to offer. "I guess thats all i can expect to get from a Fuzz Brain like yourse-" Soi then paused and saw her coloring her coffee cup. "What are you doing?!?" He yelled pointing at the girl's cup, and then snatching the marker out of the girls hand in mid air. "And stop pointing these things at me!" He yelled putting the marker on the girls forehead and making a single thick like across here eyebrows giving her a long thick neon unibrow. "Got it?!" He yelled slamming the marker down on th ground; all together the girls who had been giggling where now laughing as hard as they could. "and you can all just shut up!" He turned around and yelled at the girls who quickly grew quite.
Soi then turned back to Echo and crossed his arms growling under his breath. Glaring at his drink like it had been the one's laughing. "So how long till we actually get to do something; i was tricked to coming here so i at least want to get to do something entertaining" He almost seemed to be two completely different people; able to switch from a calm and suave young man; so a angry mad man within moments and then returning to th other just as quickly.

Mini Mary Worth
"The Bell Witch" 
"Once upon a time..."
A tiny figure had entered the shop as two goons dressed in black followed behind her. One male, one female. Bother wearing masks and hats that made them look like something out of a mafia movie.
"Mini wants a Double Death Chocolate with Mocha. AND A BROWNIE!"
"Now, now Mini, you know you're not allowed to drink caffine... You're too young, now, remember?" said the blonde as she tried to console the tiny toddler frowning up at her and the male.
"SO?! I'M OLD ENOUGH! I WANT IT NOW! NOW! NOWNOWNOWNOWNOW!!" wailed the little witch as she stomped her feet.
"Mini! You stop that! Now you ain't gonna get a treat by actin' that way? You got that? Now you wise up or else we're takin' you back home!"
"WAAAHHHHH!" cried Mini as Clyde picked her up and went up to the cashier.
"Hi there, sweets," said Bonnie as she looked up at the wall, "We'll have a venti coffee, a Cinnamin-spiced mocha, and uh, Mini? What do you want?"
"COFFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!"
"... Just give her a Caramel Apple cider. That'll be it."
"I TOLD YOU I WANTED CHOCOLATE! DAMMIT! I HATE YOU!"
"Mini, you don't mean that, now sit down or--"
"Or we'll tan your hide!"
"Whatever," spat the young witch as she crossed her arms, sitting down on the seat as her little feet dangled, "I'm still not drinking it..."
Bonnie merely pushed the Apple cider and gave Mini a sympathetic look. Mini sighed and sipped it as she mumbled and grumbled about her order and misfortune...
"... There lived a Wicked Queen in her tower."

''Ey!'' Echo complained as she was called a fuzz-brain and got her marker taken away.''Waa!? Why did you do that, EH?!'' She cried hopping out of her chair to pick up the marker. She noticed the girls weren't giggling anymore. Soi was a strange one. .''Well, I'd say tomorrow, since we got the day off and all.'' She replied sitting back up in her chair. Echo took note of the strange looking blond girl that came in. As well as the purple haired guy. Though, the blond little girl seemed to make more of a scene then Echo normally did.''It doesn't mean we can't practice or anything. . .Though, from how you act I'm pretty sure you're confident in your own skills.'' she said, brushing her side bangs out of the way so she could sip her colorful coffee.

"What Clyde means to say is, that... You haven't been exactly 'nice' to us when we became your partners."
"So what? Mini never asked to have you as partners. You goons were issued to me. Not that I need any weapons."
"WHY YOU LITTLE--!"
"Now, now, Clyde. You know we need her just as she needs us. Remember, he said we have to pay off our debt by helping little Miss Mary Worth here. Otherwise, we'd end up behind bars--"
"s**t NO! I AIN'T GOIN' BACK TO BLOODY HAM! THEY CAN'T MAKE ME!"
"Well, ain't we stuck in the same barrel here? We're just as worse off without her. We can't let this happen. I suggest we set our differences aside, and work together. How's that sound?"
"... Mini thinks it's okay. Just as long as you buy Mini treats whenever she wants."
"Hell naw."
"That's fine. Clyde has the money."
"DAMN WOMAN! I AIN'T RICH!"
As Mini sipped on her sweet Cinnamin Apple cider, her eyes flickered over to the boy with purple hair. Then at the other customers who sat down and enjoyed their coffee.
"... Hm. Mini thinks she's the most prettiest face here. Don't you think~?"
"..."
"... Well... You are cute."
"No! Mini is beautiful! BEAUTIFUL! Mini is gorgeous and shall be known for her beauty... Haaaa..." she sighed, touching her cheeks as she blushed, "At times like this... You don't know how hard it is for Mini to look so pretty~. She's distressed, I mean it~..."
Bonnie rolled her eyes and Clyde slurped up the rest of his coffee as Mini fantasized over how pretty she looked in the spoon's reflection.

"Damn strait i am!" He said crossing his arms and nodding defiantly. "I am the number one fencer in all of France after all!" He said grinning from ear to ear nodding his head. He ignored the new people who had come in and looked at Echo; chuckling inside as he looked at the thick neon like from the marker that was across the girl forehead. Before unfolding his arms and picking his drink up once more and sipping it, most people did not like the drink thinking it was 'bitter' or that it 'tasted like grass' but Soi never thought that in fact he thought green tea was the best discovery in the history of the world. "So if anything the teachers are still at the school; how about we head back home; its getting too loud in here for my taste" He said this talking about the small girl who was screaming and all together being worse then Echo herself.

Echo let out a small giggle at his sudden change in attitude. ''Your much more colorful when you're not yelling at people.'' She replied with a childish smile, rubbing the marker off her forehead. Echo had weird metaphors and strange sayings, but she figured the meaning was clear enough for a normal person to read. ''Alright, Let's go then!. . .Oh and um, Soi. . i eh. . .sort of drew on your curtains at the apartment.''
Echo was well known for decorating the house with her graffiti, but she normally kept it in her room. ''So don't be surprised eh?'' Echo slid her sup off the table and hopped off the chair as quickly as possible. She knew she was probably going to get yelled at, but it was all in the name of beautiful colors!

"You....did....WHAT?!" He said with each word getting slightly louder, and then the final word 'what' seemed to explode as he yelled it. "Why would you do that?!" He said putting the palm of his free hand, that was not holding the drink over his eyes, the straw still sticking in his mouth' it was a wonder that he did not choke on it as he yelled.
Finally with a sigh he put his hand that was over his eyes down and started to walk off. "Great, and i wonder where all my money go's" He said out loud as he walked out of the coffee shop heading back home.
