These characters you need to specifically apply for and provide good reason for wanting. If you have a special character, you are allowed to have another, beginner student as well. Make sure you stay active!
Death: He’s a pretty cool guy. Also you can’t be a shinigami.
Shibusen Teachers: Sometimes we’ll need substitute teachers, so talk to me and I might give you a position. Teachers are at least death scythe level (or capable of wielding one) or higher, so there is a strict screening process if you’d like to apply. Also, teachers aren’t allowed to go on missions. You’ve gotta let the kiddies learn for themselves!
Witch Elders: The equivalent of Shibusen Teachers, only they’re old, and typically female. It’s a small price to pay for being so strong.
School Nurse: Go to her office for medical attention. Her quality of medical prowess is on par with that of a hospital doctor… we think.
Death Scythes: Unless you’re a teacher, the only way you get to be a death scythe is by working for it, starting as a student. The only exception is Death’s death scythe for the sake of logic.
