Well, the main thing I see is her left hand (Her left, viewers right) is at a very unnatural position. It seems like the two middle fingers would be together in that pose. Also her collar bone is really offset.
I can redline to better explain if you want.

Are those peas on top her head? also, keep in mind that most people tend to have skeletons. smile

The shoulder blades are to low the hair seems to close to the skin But it looks awsome

Adding onto what the others have said, either her head is too big or her shoulders are too small. Unless, of course, you are going for the SD form.
Her smile seems to be extremely lopsided. I do like her face shape though and on the topic of her hair, it is possible to have hair like that, IF it is being pulled extremely taut against the scalp.
Also, although I am not a master of it, you should work on your foreshortening. Her right arm (our left) seems like it doesn't have an elbow and also, both of her hands are the same size. If the right (our left) hand is the closest to us, it should be larger than the other hand.
