Along the edges of town there is a tavern. It has been there since the town first formed, and will be there when it collapses. It isn't a lively place, but it has it's charms. Outside it is a simple black cube, with a simple black door. The windows are single panes of glass, tinted as black as the walls, and unnoticeable from outside. The door has no doorknob or handle on the outside, so visitors must be let in by the staff. The tavern does not advertise. All those who visit the tavern have been invited by previous attendees, or have simply stumbled upon it by mistake.
Inside, it is not much brighter. The walls are a dark purple colour, and teh floor is covered by a lush maroon carpet. There are booths along the left wall facing in from the doorway, and a bar runs along the opposite wall from them, with stools along its length. At the back left corner is a spiral staircase that leads up to the rooms upstairs. Next to it are the bathrooms. At the back right corner is a doorway covered in black drapes, leading to a hallway running along teh back of the room, hidden from view.
Along this hallway are brass doors, each leading to an identical Intimacy Module, or "IM" for short. The IMs are unique in that they are completely unsupervised by the staff, and are cleaned automatically. Whatever rules are enforced in the rest of the world might as well not exist in the IMs. Any two visitors can go to an IM at any time they wish, provided they are both in agreement. Although the rules should be followed inside the IMs, since it is unsupervised, a few of the patrons have decided that anything goes in an IM. While this is not strictly true, it brings up the question, "Is it a crime if you don't get caught?"
There are few rules in the tavern, but it is expected that they be followed.
1) Obey the Gaia ToS
2) No Godmodding
3) Don't make a mess, or if you do, clean it up.
4) Enjoy your stay.
(Each person can have as many characters as they want, and you can even create a new one every time you come to the Tavern, but you can only control one person within the Tavern at a time, so if you already have a character who is in the Tavern, he or she must leave before you can bring the next one.)

Rock downed his second glass of water, and sighed. He looked around at the tavern he had been running for the past few years. None of the old regulars came around anymore. He'd have to hope one of the folks that came in for the party the night before showed back up, or the place would stay empty.
((No character sheet required, just show up and post as if we all knew your character already. We'll figure it out over time, and it's not that important since it might change at any point.))

Luna walked into the tavern and sighed as she looked around the place. "I wonder if anyone is even here." She mumbled to herself as she started walking down one of the many hallways in the place. She wasn't really sure why she liked coming to the place but every once in a while she would come to have some fun. "Hello is anyone here!?!" She yelled loud enough for the sound of her voice to echo off the walls.

Rock sighed and poured her a drink.
"Just you and me at the moment... Luna was it? Come on and pull up a chair. Someone will show up soon enough. They always do."

Luna looked over towards the boy and smiled. "Hello and yea it's Luna." She said as she walked over and sat next to him. "Thanks." She mumbled before taking a sip of her drink. "It's so quiet here." She said as she looked around once more.

"Yes, very quiet." He sighed and watched the door. "It's been a while since this place was so quiet, I had grown accustomed to the crowds, I guess. Seeing it so empty again, it's sad really..." He frowned and looked into his glass, then abruptly smiled and leapt over the bar and flung out into the open floor of the bar, sliding backwards on his feet from his momentum, he angled them slightly and ended up at the back wall. He palmed a section of the wall and a stereo system popped out. He looked over his shoulder at Luna and asked, "Have anything in particular you want to listen too?"

"Anything I can dance to." Luna said before finshing her drink. "If you have techno I fine with that." Luna then stood up and walked over towards the dance floor.

Rock punched in a code and the sound of techno pounded from the speakers. He yelled to be heard over the music,
"How's this!?!"

Luna listened to the beat of the song and smiled. "Perfect!" She yelled before dancing around on the dance floor. She looked over towards Rock and smiled even more. "Come dance with me!" She yelled happily.

Hunter sauntered in, looking around. A place he'd never been, but a tavern was a tavern...and taverns had alcohol. And oft times, bathrooms too.
Blood was splattered on the right side of his face and his right arm and hand. On his back was a series of various blades, some of them in pairs, as well as a few mounted to his hips and below the back at his belt were a few as well. On his thighs were a pair of holstered pistols, and held in his left hand, hoisted over his shoulder, was a rather large blade. Reaching up with his right hand, he snapped, and all of the weapons dissappeared.
"Got a bathroom here?" He said aloud to Rock, before noticing it in the corner. He headed over, in a slight rush. In a few moments, he walked out, stopped at the counter, and looked to Rock. Techno was playing, and loud. He had to shout to be heard.
"Can I get a wine glass?" He set a small bag of silver coins on the counter, making a weighty tinkle as they shifted on impact with the bar-counter. "A bottle of blood, if you've got it. And another wine glass and some fine, aged, wine. If you don't got the blood, just give me a glass and the wine."

Rock walked over to the bar and reached over it, pulling out two wine glasses and a bottle. He poured wine into the first glass, then bit his finger, and bled into the second glass. Then he stuck his finger in his mouth, and sucked on it for a moment before taking it away, healed.
"I find it's much easier to use fresh blood for my more, unnatural customers." He said before heading out to the dance floor. He watched Luna for a moment to get the gist of her movements, then started dancing along side her.

Luna laughed happily when Rock started dancing next to her. She looked over twoards the other guy who had walked in and gave him a strange look. "Who's he....and...is he drinking blood?" She asked, not bothering to show the shock in her tone.

Hunter nodded in thanks, took both glasses, and the bottle, and walked towards a booth in the back corner. Hearing Luna speak, he rolled his eyes. Rather than shouting an answer, he ignored her. Downing the glass of blood in one go, he flicked the glass at the bar when he was done. Rather than breaking or anything you'd expect, it twirled on the base, and stood upright, on the bar-counter.
Propping his legs on the table and leaning back, he began to sip his wine here and there, simply watching.

"I don't know!" Rock shouted over the music, as he continued dancing, completely ignoring how ridiculous they looked, two of them on such an empty dance floor, "New guy. Never been here before. Maybe he'll stick around."

"Maybe." Luna mumbled while spinning around a little. She got slightly dizzy and fell to the floor. She started laughing and sighed. "I think I need another drink."
