Now I know this subforum is mostly dead, but hey. Aren't there any music game fans around here?
I play dance games mostly, but also like guitar hero and rock band. Even karaoke revolution.
BUT lately I have been jumping back on the dance mats and last night made some new personal records! I was playing DDR Extreme for the first time in ages. Lately I have been limiting myself to 6 and 7 foot dances, because I rarely pass 8 and they just tire me out too quickly.
BUT last night I thought I'd give It's a Wonderful Night a shot on Heavy [8] and got an A. I was so stoked I decided to try Be Lovin on Heavy [9] and got my first A on a 9 ever! Then I got an A on Dynamite Rave on heavy and a B on Sakura on challenge and failed Afronova on heavy. I was too freaking tired to finish it, lol. Anyway, for someone who rarely ventures beyond 7s, it was an awesome night. Go, me. xd
[for you younger geezers, I am 48. worship my dancing geezer skills! heh]

I've played most of them out there. I don't like any form of karaoke, and I really have no taste for the setup of PIU. What I have done in the past, mostly ddr and itg...where I've been able to pass 10footers, and custom songs(imported to itg) up to 12footers. can't do that anymore though.

ITG > DDR in my opinion. Too bad Konami bought and killed it. I'm sad for the decline of the game, and I hated PIU until I played on a NX2 cabinet. Now it's fun. More challenging to read for sure.
