~: All role play character profiles are to be posted as normal topics. The judges then bump it up to STICKY when there assessing it :~

~: When the profile has been accepted then move it down to NORMAL again :~

Urgent Announcement

We are no longer accepting Ice Zanpaku's. There is only so much you can do with Ice.

There is a limit on Clones, you are only allowed to have one, at any given point.

Also, I want to say this, we the judges have personal lives too, if it takes a while for us to judge, then it does.

Also, we have said this before, and we will say it again, NO COPYING ABLITIES FROM THE SHOW!!!!! MAKE AN ORIGINAL ONE RCP!!!
