I am currently doing the "Drop A Jean Size" plan and here are some pictures:

This is the "tracker" homepage. It lets you record the workouts and tells you the calories you have burned. It also lets you track your weight loss and how many calories you consume! From this page you can click to find out what work-outs you must do, the food that is suggested to eat, etc.

This is what it looks like you when you view the workouts you are supposed to do. It gives a brief description. It also tells you how many calories you burn on the cardio ones. There is also a link that will lead you to the next screenie's page:

On this page you can watch how to do the workout. Sometimes it is usefull to watch incase you don't understand how to do it. I prefer watching the video while working out.

This is the page that tells you all the foods you "should" eat. On your tracking page it gives you a number of calories you should be eating a day if you want to eat your own meals. But these are meal plans that come with ingrediants and how to prepare it and the amount of calories consumed if you eat it.
