Dalila's nose slowly moved along the dirt, doing what she could to plan out each step before she took her next one. The whole world had slowly become her playground, a place where she could explore and learn everything she was sheltered from as a child. Her father meant well, she was sure, but roaming out on her own was much more dangerous without the knowledge of a fighter or a huntress.
Sure, she had caught a few things. Instincts played a big role in helping her with that. More knowledge meant a better survival. In this new world, she needed a guide, someone who could help her on her adventure to be someone and something new. The femme wanted to explore, look around and see everything possible. But she still had to be realistic in her way of doing so. Running around without a good defence left her vunerable to attacks.
Her soft blue eyes lifted after a moment, scanning the area for anything unknown. It seemed relativly safe, she lucked out. The first male she met on her journey was not a nice one--a demon that came off as frightening and telling her that she needed to be his slave. Getting out of that situation had been a rough one.
It made her wonder, though. Were all males like that? Was he just a special one? She'd have to keep her guard up for that, too. The scent of water hit her, cool and clean, her mouth started to moisten a little just at the thought of it. Her paws took her forward, pausing at the edge of the watering hole to lean down and lap slowly at the refreshing drink. Those crystal eyes constantly glanced up, though, trying to make sure that she wouldn't be taken by surprise by anyoe or anything. Slowly, her dark tipped tail flickered about behind her, as if sensing the air.
