(RG=Represented in Game) (U=Unsure) (N=Not represented in game)
Phase 1: Secondary Heart: Boosts Blood supply, can take over if the first one is destroyed.(N)
Phase 2: Ossmodula: Increase and strengthen a Marines skeleton. Allowing the bones to absorb ceramic. (U) Phase 3: Biscopea: Supports muscle growth in the Marines body.(RG)
Phase 4: Haemastamen: Regulates Marine blood, makes their blood more efficient the normal human blood.(N)
Phase 5: Larraman's organ: Stores Larraman cells, if a Marine is wounded it releases larraman cells to the wound and creates a substitute skin tissue, or instantly scabs over any wound.(N)
Phase 6: Catalepsean Node: Enables the Marine to enter a half sleep mod. Only rest a portion of his brain at one time. He can then sleep and still be aware of his environments.(N)
Phase 7: Preomnor: A predigestive organ, it allows a Marine to eat things that normal humans couldn't. Poisons, toxins, and other indigestible things. (N)
Phase 8: Omophagea: Allows a Marine to absorb genetic material generated in animal tissue as a result of memory. Basically a Marine can eat the flesh of a planetary animal and learn it's instincts and how it survived so long on the planet.(N)
Phase 9: Multi Lung: Allows the Marine to take in air in low oxygen area or breath air through poisonous gasses.(N)
Phase 10: Occulobe: Allows tech adepts to control the growth of a Marines eyes. An Adult Marine can see in low light area conditions just as well as he can in the day.(N)
Phase 11: Lyman's Ear: It enables superior hearing over normal humans and is able to filter out certain background noises. A Marine cannot become dizzy or nauseous due to extreme disorientation.(N)
Phase 12: Sus-an Membrane: It allows the Marine to enter a state of suspended animation, it activates automatically in a case of extreme trauma. A Marine who has taken a fatal wound could survive hundreds of years in the state waiting for treatment. The longest recorded time in suspended animations was of Brother Silas Err of the Darkangels. He was in deanimation for 567 years then was reanimated.(N)
Phase 13: Melanochrom: An organ that monitors types of radiation bombarding the skin of a Marine. It can darken the skin color and release hormones to block harmful radiation.(N)
Phase 14: Oolitic Kidney: Improves the blood flow, works well with the secondary heart. In a case where a poison is to great for even the multi lung to counteract the Marine may become unconscious while this organ and the secondary heart filters and cleans the toxins from his blood.(N)
Phase 15: Neuroglothis: Allows a Marine to detect poisons, neutrinos, and the sent of his prey by taste alone. (N)
Phase 16: Mucranoid: The Marine sweats an oily, naturally cleaning substance. Also forms a barrier to aid in space travel if a Marines armor is breached in space. (N)
Phase 17: Betcher's Gland: Allows a Marine to spit acid able to burn through steel.(N)
Phase 18: Prognoids: Allows the Marines gene seed to be recovered after his death, continue the survival of the Chapter.(RG)
Phase 19: Black Carapace: A layer of carapace is grown under the Marines skin, it allows the many wires and tubes of his power armor to connect directly to where they need to be inside of the Marine.(N)

Also, may I throw in that Grey Knights are a chapter of the Adeptus Astartes. They follow the Codex Astartes, and any of the differences between them and a normal chapter of marines is summed up in the DaemonHunter's codex, trust me it's not much.
Grey Knights are Space Marines people!

If you want information on the Emperor go to the main forum and start a topic. This is place for marine info.

However, it's not like you can't tie the Emperor into the Marines. The Space Marines are the Emperor's holy warriors. Those made to everything but perfection to guard the Imperium of mankind. The Emperor in himself is of incredible Mental and Physical strenght, and by some is even considered a god. If you wish it would be good for someone who thinks he is nothing but a dead body to start a topic about him.
Too also quote on a fight Laceye and I had earlier, it is a common misconception that Marine chapters who don't follow the codex: astartes are heretics. Many Marine chapters don't, and a fine example for even those of you who don't know much about Space Marines...the Black Templars don't follow the Codex: Astartes and are one of the most loyal chapters in excistance.

Hello every one, I am new to your guild smile I know its a bit off subject.
I have a question about Scouts. I know they are supose to be led by a scout sergeant. But if you read the back history in the codex it seems scout squads are led by Verteran adult Space Marines. So why in the game are they led by just anoter scout ? Could you have them led by A full Marine sergeant if you payed for it ?
Also for general question on space marines what forum should I be in ?

Although I unfortuantely couldn't answer that for you, for other general chatter/questions about Space Marines, I have just made an additional thread for that exactly. (Sorry, I've been meaning to do that for every army...I'm almost done.)

Well if you take a divergence and have it so that a tech priest is leading your army you could give a scout Sergeant terminator armor. xd I find that pretty funny, but yeah other then that I don't think the scouts can be lead by a power armor marine. Although the Scout sergeants might be full Space Marines that just keep the lighter armor to move faster, how else could the become veterans and earn Terminator honors. They would have to be full Space Marines.

Remember Isis, your messing with GW here. That "odd" question you stumbled upon is all but normal for Gamesworkshop. wink
However yes, although I couldn't be postitive I would guess that someone being pimped up more than a Grey Knight Terminator would definately be at least a full brother. Maybe it's got the same thing to do with Terminator Captains only being able to lead Terminator command squads?

Thanks for you help smile
With a history and back story as intence as 40k has, things like this are bound to come up. I do alot of fanfiction writeing so I understand the complexity of good story vs actual play.
I am relatively new to the game with only 1 year of play under my belt, Im a rookie. So If I seem to ask odd questions chock it up to the fact that I am trying to make sure I have every legal advantage available to me and my army. Not every one I play with is helpfull ( cough ) Chaos players ( cough ) xd

Over that year, if anything, I've learned that GamesWorkshop is always making Spoofs and sometimes you just got to be creative and decide on how that something makes since even in game terms, if it even does. So, I'm glad your on our side Isis. Any other questions?

No I think thats it for now, Thanks though. I am going to deliver a holy beat down upon the forces of chaos this friday. Should be fun. 3nodding I'll tell you how it turns out.
On a ligther note, I did think of something rather amuseing. Particularly about this;
Phase 8: Omophagea: Allows a Marine to absorb genetic material generated in animal tissue as a result of memory. Basically a Marine can eat the flesh of a planetary animal and learn it's instincts and how it survived so long on the planet.(N)
If they ate a bird would they try to fly ? ninja
Ok, I'll bet they still have all of there higher functions, but it is a funny thought to think of for what ever reason, a marine becomeing startled affter haveing eaten a bird and suddenly sputtering like a turkey in a field. rofl This little fun thought could be a particularly bad thing for a squad of Assualt Marines and down right embarraseing for every one else. xd
This bout of randomness is brought by Caffine. dont drink it at 3 am.

I am unfortunately the one who started posting here, but since I am an admin, the blame goes to next guy down. (Mwhahahahah!)
