Let's just say I didn't have the best self esteem day at school today. :/
She's got everything I want.
Nobody notices me.
I stand next to her - metaphorically
And I compare myself to the way she stands,
The way she acts, the way she smiles.
The words she says that keeps him by her,
and I wonder why he can't see me.

A Mr. Prince in Shining Armor,
He's her number one guy.
And when she needs a shoulder to cry on,

And I compare myself, to the way she lives her life,
But I don't see the difference, except for one thing:

No, I was comparing. Definitely not a lesbian - but there's nothing wrong with people who are.
And she is amazing, she's practically perfect and I hate her for that, but, at the same time, she's my best friend, I've just liked her boyfriend since before he asked her out, but he likes her and not me.
They're both amazing people and she and I are like sisters, except for our genetics and her boyfriend, we're practically the same. :/

well.. is she happy to have you as her bestfriend?
coz if she does, she'll do everything to take care of you and not feel this way.. and you'll do the same for her.. you'll be happy for her as much as you are happy for yourself.. regardless of who's in between, and who's got who.
and dont worry.. you are special in your own right..
no one can write the words YOU penned by YOUR own hands on YOUR own paper..

no one can be YOU.. so live YOUR life well.
