Appearance: Jer, as she prefers to be called by her friends, has grown her hair out to be waist length. She keeps it loose, unless she's working on something where long hair would be an impediment. During such events, Jer tends to keep it in a loose bun, held in place with a pair of bone chopsticks set with sapphires. Skin's pale, but not unhealithly so, and her eyes are a honey brown - slightly golden in natural light, but overwhelmingly brown in artifical. Her hair is a medium shade of brown, and has slight golden red highlights - again, only in natural light. Since Jer is an elf, she has pointed ears, with no ear lobe, that lie fairly close to her head.

For her clothes, Jer enjoys wearing any shade of blue and grey. She's more than a little vain about her appearance, and has a tendency to dress in business attire even when at home. She typically is wearing a white jacket, either knee length like a labcoat, or a shorter one that only goes to her waist.

Jer typically does not wear jewelry - there are a few execptions to this, such as the golden necklace she wears with more formal outfits, or gifts she wears on occasion. She does, however, have a blue jewel on the center of her forehead that is clearly visible. Jer is almost always wearing glasses; these are a cosmetic addition to her appearance, and she doesn't need them. The frame is black, of medium thickness, and Jer's modified the lenses to output holographic text.

Quite possible one of the most unique and interesting aspects of Jerava's appearance is her tail. It's a long black tail with a spaded tip. No one's quite sure how long it is, and some people think it can change length. It's typically hanging loose and the tip reaches to Jer's ankle. Jer uses it as another appendage, picking things up from the floor (so much handier than bending down), turning pages in books, and occasionally using it to do minimal typing on an enlarged keyboard specifically for her tail. It's quite strong, although exactly how strong has never been tested.
