I don't know about you guys but I have had some pretty bad experiences with various Anime or Manga stores, Online and Off.

This thread is designed as a feedback thread for the websites you have purchased items from and have received awesome service or not so awesome service. I'm sure it will save someone else a lot of grief and money!

Shipping time: 40+ Days and I have still not received my item!
Other comments:
Miss Chloie ordered a DVD from them and didn't have any trouble save the shipping taking 30+ days. I however have still not received my item after 40 days and AllAnimeDVD cannot even provide me with a tracking number! I do not suggest ordering from them unless you want to wait a long time for a unlicensed product.

Aside from most of their DVD's being bootlegged, I have purchased Yu-Gi-Oh! years ago from here and recently, now that I live in Honolulu many CD's, Stationary and a Anime DVD set. The people are helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are decent! You can find almost anything here!

I purchased a retired DVD from this website, so I knew it was going to be bootlegged. Still, it's a very high quality bootleg, and I'm very happy with it. I had to inquire as to why it was taking so long for me to receive it, and when I got it the DVD case was a little mangled but everything was in perfect working order.
