 Off to the distance, deep within the hidden mist village is a cliff where a waterfall runs down the side and crashes into a small lake, rocks spraying water into the air as water meets rock. Ground that surrounds the cliff and next to the lake is a small wooden house. Nothing big since Akuma doesn't care for fancy houses, and he doesn't need it. Next to his house is a small shack where he can make swords and sharpen them. The lake is filled with fishes so if he wanted to fish the catch rate is really good. Salmon and bass thrive. Akuma often come here for meditation, honing his skills and reading in his shack. Trees surround the cliff and the ground where the waterfall meets the bottom of the small cliff. The small lake runs into a river, which as you go further down the path the river picks up in speed and velocity.
The house is fairly large, about two stories but not as big as most would esitmate. There is two bedrooms, both have queen size beds. There is a kitchen and bathroom on the lower floor, including one of the bedrooms. A living room with a couch and three selves of books with various information about it. A dining room in the back and the stairs easily accessable which is in the living room. Upstairs has the bedroom, and something of another living room next to it. Between the two rooms is another bathroom. Upstairs is usually for the guests.
Thanks to Hungry Ghost Realm Gabriel, Akuma had him use Ukojizai no Jutsu - Fierce Raining at Will, which creates rain over an area of choice which constantly rains. Anything and anyone who walks into the rain will be identified, chakra levels would be read and location revealed to both Akuma and H.G. Gabriel, making most forms of hiding useless and futile

 |A|kuma |K|ami||Genin||Samurai||Mist||Rinnegan||xxxxxxAkuma walked towards the top of the cliff, watching the glittering water besides him as it ran over the top into a waterfall, the crashing roar of the water as it met the rocks below. He walked just by the edge and leaped, falling fast. Before he hit the water he channeled his chakra to the soles of his feet and bent his knees, landing on the water, stopping altogether with one knee on the water and one hand. He slowly rose back up, no damage from the fall since he knew how to land properly and looked around. Good to be back... He thought as he took a few steps across the water surface. He pulled out the scroll containing raiton techniques. He felt like he needed a few and one that caught his attention was known as Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique) . The technique was rather A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks. Knowing this Akuma began practicing the handsigns, repeating himself a few times and moving his hands faster and more fluid motions. Once he memorized them he weaved handsigns once more, focusing his raiton chakra to his hands as he aimed on at a tree, a bolt of lightning soared from it striking the tree hard. It caught on fire and fell over into the river, being carried away and fires extinquished. |A|kuma |K|ami||Genin||Samurai||Mist||Rinnegan||xxxxxxAkuma and the Hungry Ghost Realm Gabriel arrived atop of the waterfall looking down it. Akuma looked at the H.G Gabriel. "I want you to create that rain so we'll know at anytime who is coming around our place. The rain can be a small scale though, no need to have the whole village under it. Afterwards we may resume training." Akuma spoke. H.G. Gabriel nodded his head and weaved handsigns. "Ukojizai no Jutsu - Fierce Raining at Will!" He said in his romanian accent as the sky flashed, and it began to rain constantly. The rain wasn't hard, it was of a medium speed. However both H.G. Gabriel and Akuma would be able to detect anyone who steps into the rain, recognize their chakra level, where they are in the rain without fail. Noone would be able to get out of their sight. Akuma and H.G. Gabriel both ran down the side of the waterfall, leaping off of it and landed on the lake below. Water droplets streamed down their face as they approached the house. Akuma took a few steps forward and turned to H.G. Gabriel. "Alright, shall we begin?" He asked as he placed a hand on the hilt of his sword Yamato. H.G. "If he shows, just stand aside. I don't see why they care so much about the other, in the end one will break. It'll be a one on one fight. Noone else interferes." H.G. Gabriel nodded. "And will you kill him?" He asked Akuma. Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai walked to the edge of the rain that surrounded the waterfall, stopping just outside of its radius. It was clearly unnatural, but he had no idea what it did. He held his hand out to let some of the rain drops fall on it. It wasn't dangerous, or at least it didn't seem to be, but there must be more to it than just simple rain. With a shrug Kai walked into the rain, making his way toward the waterfall. But before he entered the waterfall he stopped and cried out, "I am here, possessor of Rinnegan. I am here to accept your challenge.""Only through struggle can we grow."

"Very well then" He spoke as he leaped up to where he would be a few feet from Kai, the waterfall crashing down onto water a good several feet away from the two. H.G. Gabriel walked up from the shadows. He would only watch. Akuma had a single hand on the hilt of his sword. "The winner is decided by the submission of his opponent or the opponent can no longer continue fighting. Let the match begin" H.G. Gabriel said as Akuma ran at Kai, bringing down his scabber for a quick yet sharp jab at Kai's chest. It would come down just below the neck where the two shoulder blades met slightly above his chest. Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai spun clockwise while he drew his sword, dodging the blow and using his momentum to turn his draw into an attack. The blade would slash across his torso. At the same time Kai forced chakra into his eyes, activating his sharingan."Only through struggle can we grow."

(ok, so I know that you can't get on very often now so if you don't get on today I'm just going to go ahead and make my way to the chunin exams, but we can continue this when I get back, and I won't use any new jutsus or anything like that)

xxxxxxAkuma used his own momentum making a mid spin, catching the sword against the scabber of Yamato. Using the scabber as the shield, he pushed to the side making the arm that was wielding the blade jerk to the side away from Akuma. Following up he unsheathed Yamato from its home and slashed upwards, aim the under arm close to the armpit of his sword arm. His other hand held the scabber, which he held ready to use incase.
((sorry, it was like a bit of both, bringing it down at an angle like a low jab somewhat. But oh well this works too. And yeah no problem ^_^))

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai jumped back to avoid the blow, this rinnegan user was strong, but Kai was fast than he was. The key would be to outmaneuver him, and as long as Kai kept his eyes on his opponent he should be able to dodge his attacks. Kai jumped away a bit further, doing his best to put distance between him and his opponent for his next move. He began making hand-signs, readying himself for his next attack."Only through struggle can we grow."

He has the sharingan...which is a descendant of the rinnegan so it has a few of the same abilities as the rinnegan does. He decided it was time to use some jutsu into this play. He put the yamato back to his side (its in its scabber) and unsheathed it, putting the sword into the ground as he weaved handsigns at rapid succession. "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)" He muttered as the water besides them from the river that was crashing down a waterfall came to life. Five globs of water rose from the surface and began taking shape of a human. Within moments there were five clones of Akuma, who all jumped besides him. With a single hand signal three of the five water clones ran around Kai, swords drawn as they moved in to strike. One sword was aimed between the shoulder and the neck on the left side. Another sword was aimed to slice across Kai's chest and the other sliced at the back of his legs, behind the knee to be more exact. Akuma watched carefully as he picked up his sword, the rain washing away the dirt on the blade. The other two water clones watched besides him, swords drawn in preparation.

Axel arrived at the waterfall, tracking Kai's chakra signature. That's when he saw both Akuma and Kai sparring. "HEY KAI, CHUUNIN EXAMS WE GOTTA GO!"

Assassin | Sharingan | Bloody Mist Kai finished his seals as the clones began to rush him, a blade of pure electricity forming between his index and middle finger, roughly a foot long. As the clones moved to surround Kai he decided to take the fight to them before they maneuver around him. He moved to the first one, slashing up from it's left hip to it's right shoulder. As the clone dispersed Kai jumped to the next one and slashed at it's shoulder, slicing all the way to its naval. He then spun around as the final clone was about to attack him and plunged his lightning blade through its gut, dispersing it quickly. He then readied himself to rush Akuma himself when he heard Axel's shout.
He straightened up and looked over his shoulder for a moment to nod. Looking back to Akuma, Kai released the lightning blade and sheathed his sword, saying in his usual emotionless voice, "We'll have to finish this another time." Kai then turned to walked over to Axel and said, "I have to pick something up I'll meet you there", before leaving the area."Only through struggle can we grow."
(I hope that was ok, I figured that since I had already been preparing the jutsu I would be able to perform it before your clones actually made it to me, and since they're have like 1/10 of your strength I should be able to beat them easily enough since I moved so that they wouldn't surround me) (Yaiba no Jutsu Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held. ) [exit to sakubatsu dojo]
