JessieRabbit88 (10:31:04 PM): 4:*Walked through the trees with her flashlight on. It was attached to her glass's and she looked around for anything in her way. She had very bad eyes and even though it wasn't that dark she didn't trust herself. She stumbled a few times and breathed heavily as she pushed things out of her way. She found a stump and slumped down on it and looked around, holding her drawing book to her chest as she tried to catch her breath.*
"Nik" (10:34:34 PM): Lorne: -Hums quietly to himself as he watched the stranger move through the forest, dangerously close to where the facility was--where the traps were. He'd been able to set most of them off, but the idea of one possibly catching this obviously distressed female upset him. Slowly, he dropped out of the tree he was perched in, and slowly made his way after her, his movements through the forest much smoother than even the cat with all of her limbs.- Excuse me. It's not safe here. Especially after dark.
JessieRabbit88 (10:38:12 PM): 4:*jumps and covers her face with the book as she curled her legs up to her chest. She peeked over the book at him and nodded, knowing that it was dangerous. She kept her legs against her chest and opened her book. She sketched a picture of the trap she had seen and avoided and showed it to him. She poked at it and nodded her head. She looked around, not being able to look at the cat she was so scared that she would be hurt.*
"Nik" (11:06:17 PM): Lorne: - Blinking up at her, he arched a brow, and stepped up to just a few paces from her. Seating himself at a safe distance from her. He was used to cats not being able to speak or see or whatever other cats...so it didn't surprise him too much when she drew him what she wanted to say.- There are others, too. Calm down, I wont hurt you.
JessieRabbit88 (11:10:22 PM): 4:*Looks at him and in another part of the page drew a picture of two people hugging, like friends, with a ? next to it, and showed it to him. Did he want to be friends? She smiled softly as she let her legs down a little. She glanced at him and then away again.*
"Nik" (11:12:25 PM): Lorne: - Smiles just slightly, then nodded. He could do friendship, even if he wasn't all that reliable to show up very often.- Of course. -He chuckled slightly- As a friend, though, I advise you to allow me to bring you somewhere safe.
JessieRabbit88 (11:18:59 PM): 4:*Smiles again and nods. She turns the page and draws some trees with a path in the middle and another ? on it to show that she doesn't know the way. She smiled softly at him and nodded letting him know she would like his help getting out of here. She drew a 4 in the corner and pointed at him and drew another ? *
"Nik" (11:20:29 PM): Lorne: 4? That's your name? -He questioned, standing and motioning for her to stand. Taking a few steps in a safer direction, pausing to make sure she was coming.- My name is Lorne. It's nice to meet you.
JessieRabbit88 (11:23:55 PM): 4:*Smiles again and nods. She drew a smiley face on the paper and followed him. She made sure ti light the way in front of them, thinking he might have bad sight like she did. She stayed close to him and watched him. She wondered if she could help some how but she wasn't sure how. She she stayed close and let him lead her out of the danger.*
"Nik" (8:39:29 PM): Lorne: - He made his way carefully through the trees, quite smoothly for a three-legged cat. Ducking below branches and bushes, he perked his ears and cocked his head, glancing back at her- Still okay?
JessieRabbit88 (8:43:56 PM): 4:*Smiles softly and nods as she holds her book close to her chest. She looked around and smiled a little as she watched them go. She drew another happy face and showed it to him.*
"Nik" (8:50:46 PM): Lorne: - Smiles at her slightly and continued on until they broke through the treeline, which made his overall visage relax almost completely.- There. Safe now. -He made his way over to a shady, protected area so he could leave her if need be, not wanting to leave her out in the open.- The forest isn't safe, especially at night...You saw some traps, but not the really nasty one.
JessieRabbit88 (8:55:23 PM): 4:*Smiles at him and walks over with him. She sits down and thinks about it. She draws a trap again with bblood coming out of it and makes another ? Next to it. She shows it to him wondering if the other ones he was talking about were deadly.*
"Nik" (8:56:25 PM): Lorne: -He shook his head slightly- The traps themselves aren't deadly...but the people who pick you up from the traps can cause death.
JessieRabbit88 (8:59:14 PM): 4:*Nods and pulls her legs close again. She was very glad that he had taken her someplace safe then. She looked down at him and then drew a picture of a house with an X over it to try and tell him she didn't have someplace to live. She was hoping he knew someplace safe to stay*
"Nik" (9:00:55 PM): Lorne: - Frowns a bit at this, looking to the ground. He wasn't sure if he wanted to admit anything to this woman just yet, but...- My home is the place that those humans hurt cats. So I cant bring you with me. - He mumbled, ashamed. But he was glad to know he could get out and help people like 4..but otherwise it's not safe.- But I can find you somewhere if you'd like.
JessieRabbit88 (9:04:42 PM): 4:*Nods and smiles softly at him as she hides behind her book again. She didn't like having to ask for help but if he hadn't come along she would have slept in the dangerous part of the forest he had found her.She looked at him then looked away feeling weird for asking for help, but glad to know someone was nice enough to give her help.*
"Nik" (9:08:02 PM): Lorne: - Smiles at her once more and slowly brings himself to stand once more, carefully offering her a hand to help her along- Come on...we'll find you somewhere to go...
JessieRabbit88 (9:09:58 PM): 4:*Stands and carefully takes his hand and smiles softly. She walked with him and looked around. She pointed to the trees to tell him she wanted something high, she didn't like being on the ground to sleep*
"Nik" (9:12:23 PM): Lorne: - Nods and understands what she meant, looking around carefully for anything that might be raised off of the ground- I know there's a safe batch of trees in the park...but it's closer to town. Is that okay?
JessieRabbit88 (9:20:04 PM): 4:*Nods. she would be able to find clothes and food, she wasn't a good hunter, even though she was pretty quiet. She heard something move in the trees and held his hand tighter and scooted closer*
"Nik" (9:22:17 PM): Lorne: - Glances over to her then turns his head as best he could to try and see what had been moving. Continuing to hold her hand, he shifted them so they weren't as close to the trees, his large tail flicking about behind him. Lorne was a large cat--being a maine coon, he was tall, lean, and despite his age he was still healthy.- It's okay, nothing'll hurt you.
JessieRabbit88 (9:29:38 PM): 4:*Looks down at him and nods, still scared though. she covered her face again with her book, her eyes only peeking over the sop as she watched the trees for something. She was a rather small cat(5'5" by human standards) so she stood against the large male, her eas back as she tried to ignore the sounds in the trees.*

"Nik" (9:32:58 PM): Lorne: - Continues to lead them towards the park, keeping her close but unsure how to comfort her--his people skills weren't the best--so instead he squeezed her hand and smiled down at him, somewhat happy that his blind eye was focused towards the forest.-
JessieRabbit88 (9:39:33 PM): 4:*Smiles softly behind her book and looks up at him as she walked along with him. She liked the look of this park area, and she was glad she couldn't talk cause she wouldn't know what to say to the male who seemed to feel awkward that she was scared. She was just happy to have him there for her right now, she hoped to find more friends who were nice like this.*
"Nik" (9:41:56 PM): Lorne: - he had little fear of anything after what he had gone though--so this was, literally, a walk in the park for him. He pointed up to a large cherry tree, which wasn't in bloom due to the season of course.- Will this work? A lot of squirrels live here, too, easy to catch for food and such.
JessieRabbit88 (9:45:09 PM): 4:*Pulled her hand back and drew a picture to show him she didnt know how to hunt. She frowned and looked around and sketched a fast picture of a marketplace and a ? To know if the human market was close by.*
"Nik" (9:46:53 PM): Lorne: - Blinks at her and points in the direction of the marketplace- A lot of cats hang around here, though, so be careful when you go look for things. Uhm.. - He paused.- Are you sure you're going to be okay by yourself?
JessieRabbit88 (9:50:53 PM): 4:*Frowns and nods. She had to be. She didn't want to take up all his time. And she was good at hiding. She drew a smiley face again and gave him a small hug. She wouldn't mind if he stayed around as a friend but she wasn't going to ask him to.*
"Nik" (9:52:04 PM): Lorne: - Smiles slightly at her and returns the hug, patting her back slightly.- I need to get back to my...home. I'll come check on you in the morning, though, I promise. - As to why he was promising such a thing, he wasn't sure. She just seemed like she needed a friend around.-
JessieRabbit88 (9:55:01 PM): 4:*Smiles softly, her cheeks turning red a little as she went to the pic of the friends hugging and showed him it again. She was glad she had a friend, someone who might come see her at times. She looked up at the tree and smiled. She would go get a blanket from the human place before settling in for sleep*
"Nik" (10:01:54 PM): Lorne: -Nods and reaches up to tap a finger to her blushing cheek in a comforting manner before turning to make his way back towards the forest, moving a bit faster so the humans didn't notice he had disappeared for even longer than usual.-
JessieRabbit88 (10:04:08 PM): 4:*Smiles and pulls a nail out of her pocket, she used them to put things up when she wanted to. She stood at the tree and pulled the picture out of her book and pinned it to her tree. She smiled and gave one of the cats hugging a scar over his eye and smiled as she gave the other glass's. She walked off to the human area to find a blanket. She was happy today, it had turned into a good day.*
