Finally, after being in the 250's for nearly two years... I broke into the 240's this early, early morning. I didn't think it were possible, I've tried losing weight before with no success maybe 5 pounds then I would gain it back and once more be stuck within the "zone". But when I got on that scale this morning and read 249.2 I broke down and cried, yes, I know it's silly because I still have a lot more to go but it's so relieving to know that I made the first step and it's giving me a huge amount of motivation. It's like a brick has been lifted. This Guild is helping out A LOT and I even stopped late night eating all together. Thank you all. =)

I'm so excited for you! It's great to get through some of those psychological and physical blocks. Keep up the good work and soon you'll be celebrating getting into the 230's!

10 pounds is definitely something to be proud of, plus, you broke that wall that you were up against! Keep feeling positive and keeping up with whatever it is you're doing! Congrats!
