Of the ones ive seen I would say when Itachi dies because he was killed by his own brother.

Light's death (Death Note) wasn't too bad but he could have esily prevented it by carrying a gun or even an SMG smile

Id have to say mine was Itachi's death also...idk why though lol ive seen alot of anime's but this is the one that poped in my head first

Sora's death in Kitchen Princess. I knew, that Najika wasn't going to stay with him. But I didn't figure they would kill him off.

Force X When light died, it was really unfair... crying crying and oh yes, itachi too, tho he died smiling.. Light was a sociopath who killed countless people, but who shot him was surprising though. For me, it was the deaths in the battle at the end of Gurren Lagann

For me it was all the deaths that started happening in Gurren Lagann and of course Light in Deathnote.

This was an almost death but when Hinata was lying on the ground with a spike in her I was like WHAT!?!?!? But the death that I thought was the most shocking was Lelouch, pretty sad.

I have to say Claymore Teresa's death tho I knew she was going to die, I kinda forgot & they gave me hope & I have to say It was the most shocking... I cried..
The whole Anime was bad like that sooo Violent!!!
Also Wolf's Rain... I didn't like any of the deaths in that one...
