Shizuka nodded for the driver to go and they drove about and hour before she signalled for him to stop. "You go ahead. Me and Dustin-kun are going to fly the rest of the way.'' she said, stepping out.

Dustin gets out as well.
He stretches his wings again.
They are still stiff.

Stretching her wings out, Shizuka waited for the wind to blow, letting the air to take her into the sky. She loved using the air currents, because then she didn't have to flap as much as she used to when she first found out about her wings. "Don't you just love flying?" she asked Dustin, looking down from her perch in the sky. Shizuka hoped that he would loosen up with time and would be able to talk freely around her.

He stretches once more, then as an air current comes by floats up next to her.
He lets himself fly in the air while he waits on her to show the way.

Since it didn't look like he'd talk freely around her for a while, Shizuka sighed and led the way. She tried to start a conversation, but since he seemed more like the quiet type, she gave up. After flying for about fifteen minutes, they arrived to the manor. "And this is our lovely little manor house. I hope you like it here." she said softly as she unlocked the door with the key in her pocket and led him inside.

He lands and follows her inside.
"It is nice."
He says to her, in his unemotional voice again.
He turns to her.
"I'm sorry I don't talk much. I'm a slave meant to be a body guard or money fighter, so I never have talked much. If this displeases you then I am sorry my mistress."
He says to her.
Still with an rather unemotional voice.

"It's okay. I'm sure you're probably not used to having a talkative mistress, well, atleast when I come out of my shell." she said smiling up at him. "It's all right with me if you don't want to speak. I'm not the type to punish someone over something so trivial over whether they wish to speak or not. You are my bodyguard, but I also wish to be your friend, if you will accept me and let me." Shizuka said before taking his hand once more, as she had let it go to take off her shoes. "Come, I'll give you a tour." she said softly, leading him around the house.

He follows her.
"One question? Is there anything or anyone in particualar that I'm protecting you from?"
He asks he as continues to follow.

Shizuka sighed. She knew the question was coming soon. "It's a group of scientists. My father was the one who discovered DNA grafting and invented a way to do so without killed a person. Only the others stole his idea and started experimenting on people, sending them off to warehouses like the one you were in. I was with my father when there was an explosion in his lab. Apparently because of that, I have extraordinary powers and I have wings. The scientists want to run tests on me, trying to see how I survived and all these other crazy things about me, though a few are just plain perverted twenty year olds." Shizuka said, shaking her head. They made her sick just thinking about them.

"Oh, I'm sorry for bringing it up. I should not ave pried."
He says apolegetically.
"I was in the military. I was black-ops and they needed a test subject. I was a perfect canidate. They had gotten it from some scietntists. I survived and now have half-demon and half-angel DNA. They tested on me for a while, then after that sent me to the slave market."
He says to her.

"no, it's all right. You needed to know, otherwise you might have jumped the cooks." she said, giving him a silly grin to let him know that she was kidding about attacking the cooks. "I'm sorry for what they did to you. My father regretted ever researching such a thing after he found out. Had he known about you, he probably would have kept you from being sent to that horrible place." she said softly, shaking her head. "Come, let's make sure that you don't get lost in the house. I'll show you the rooms first." she said, as she took him upstairs and pointed out both bedrooms, letting him know which was his and which was hers.

He continues to follow her as she shows him the bedrooms.
"This is a nice house you have."
He says to her.

"Thank you. My dad sketched out the design himself." Shizuka said softly, looking sadly at the door at the end of the hall. It had once belonged to her father, but now it was just a sad reminder of the past. "Do you like swimming?" she asked softly, remembering about the pool.
