Hey, I know I'm new here but I may as well tell my own war story. I was lucky enough to go to the Tribute concert Vatos put together with Sluggo, Bartek, and Avila.
It was awesome. The opening acts were great and Food for Feet was spectacular. And, not only did I get to see an awesome performance, I had the gift of going to the after party. Can you say I peed my pants with glee?
So, I got to meet Steve, Sluggo, Vatos, and Avila and got the whole picture authograph shindig. I also met the guy they had singing for Danny, BT4. All in all I made some friends in line that I still keep in contact with, and I have a lifetime of great memories.
BTW: Steve smelled really good. Kind of like AXE, but not too strong.

I actually found out this year they were holding the Halloween concert just ten minutes down the freeway from my house but by then it was too late to get tickets. Lame. I heard though that the cover band Dead Man's Party is playing somewhere close by for New Years but...I just don't see the point. I can listen to myself sing Elfman for free in my car or shower...it just wouldn't have the same magic unless it was really and truly the mystic knights, you know?

sounds good to me - considering I love playing their stuff!! it would keep me busy if i was in a cover band *drifts off into a dreamworld*
