ok.......... I've been possessed and I just felt it and started crying and shaking ( I am a believer) and I was in bed so I went upstairs to get my dad and he talked to me. well I started feeling power, it was amazing, but I was planning in my mind to murder my dad, and I fought the random thought/feeling really hard and it worked, well my parents say when you're a believer you have tests in life, what do you think about it?

This sin't a test fro God. This is the devil trying to get to you. If that ever happens again, then just start saying God's name, quote scripture. Anything that satan will run from. It's not that you've done anything bad. It's just that the devil likes to test us. To see what he can do with ou minds cause we're the only ones telling him he's wrong. Have someone pray for you, call a pastor. This isn't something from God, but he's going to come to your rescue as soon as you call him!!

yeah I know what to do in those situations, but I just wondered what others think like GOD could have stopped satan, so wouldn't GOD be using satan to test me then?

Maybe...It's just a matter of asking. This is kinda a question asked a lot. If God could have stopped the earthquake from hurting Haiti why not? If he could have stopped Satan from tempting Adam and Eve, then why didn't he? I think in this situation then it's definatley not from God, but maybe he wants you to ask him. Sometimes God allows Satan to do things because he wants us to choose to come to him rather than him come to us. I suppose that's kinda like a test, but I don't think really. And I guess also it could be said that Satan can't do anything unless God allows him to. And I'm pretty sure that's biblical too. Just I don't know a specific verse. Idk, it'll be interesting to hear what people say! And I hope it goes well for you!!

Prophetic is the insights God gives us, and psychic is pretty much Satan's version of this. I think that (and this is my opinion) really Satan can't create much stuff on his own. In fact, he's not able to. Satan can not make something beautiful cause that's something God can do. God created Satan. But Satan takes what God makes and twists it for his own purposes. That's possesion, and psychic abilities and all that kind of stuff. I don't know if you're just using the same words for something different, but maybe you need to have someone pray for you or something. Satan seems to be majorly targetting you in these ways, and that's something that only God can interfere with. Okay, and about prophecies, God gives you them and they are always true. The gift of prophecy is a spiritual gift God gives you,. Yeah, this is pretty much my experiece/knowledge of that kind of stuff. smile

David had Bathshebas husband murdered. anywayz... are you mad at your Dad? and what have you been filling your mind with as far as reading material, online games, movies, television, music. our minds are like a sponge and our thoughts and behaviors are influenced by what we put into your minds. I dont believe that God is testing you, but i do believe that you have the freedom to choose what you allow your mind to absorb. I strongly suggest that you begin memorizing Gods word. Proverbs, and the New Testament are a good place to start. also, i dont mean anything offensive by this, but i never just assume that someone is saved. if you're not sure if you're saved, that is the first thing you need to do. search yourself and make sure that you are in the faith and are a child of God. heart heart

Sarl0 is right, if you're truly saved you cannot be possessed. It is human to let emotions control you at times, but that is no valid excuse. You can't blame demons for your own actions, that's a cop out.
Teenagers are almost always inexperienced, usually act foolish, and occasionally ignorant on some matters. Of course we can see spiritually as teenagers can (well, most of us, granted some individuals become Christians when they become adults), and usually more. Afterall, we used to be teenagers ourselves.
People usually enter the "rebellious" stage of life in their teens, and while some grow out of it, others don't. I suggest you really seek Christ out at this time of your life. If you've been raised in church, that is good, embrace it. If not, get involved in a local church. Seek Him out, and He'll reveal Himself to you.
It can be tough to be a Christian teenager, but life isn't easy, nor is it fair. In the long run, it will be the better route.

God wants us to mature in our spiritual lives. where are going with this conversation? mrgreen

Yeah I'm not using it as an excuse, and for on I'm what they call like a messianic christian and I've learned hebrew which is GOD'S language I listen to all christian music I normally go to church until we moved I don't sware often at all, so don't even think I'm copping out dude, and you're right it is no excuse but I wasn't using it it only happened for like an hour and a half and I kept calm, and another thing............... no one is truly saved
