That depends, if your playing with some one who is generally an idiot, or just plain dumb, you should have a tremendously easy game. If they like to bring Grey Knights, anything armour piercing will whack them very quickly.
However if you play someone who knows how to play them, my friends say their challenging, to say the least.

You need to have a good player to use them correctly. No offense to you read or anything but if you don't play them right they will get chewed up really easily. With so few troops, it only takes one plasma gun rapid fire to really make an impact against them.

I play against Redd a lot and he almost always brings his Grey Knights. And I'm still yet to beat him. As you know, Redd is a very smart player and using Grey Knights he's phenomenal.

Daemonhunters, great assult army, with lots and lots of support fire (as they're all assult, storm bolters ftw!) But they lack the usage of heavy weapons, tanks is really a threat to them, especially if they come with assult cannons (Baal predators or Land Raider Crusader) but they have lots of potentional when led by a grand master who's tooled up correctly.
I love Grey Knights, though I don't find lots of effectiviness in a pure Daemon Hunter army, I'd rather play Space Marines and hire a Grand master with a retinue or take the same squad with Imperial Guards along with an Inquisitor with a storm bolter and 4 gun servitors (3 heavy bolters and 1 plasma cannon), + 2 sages for the +Bs on the Inq and the re-roll for the plasma cannon.
But they are vurnerable to Eldar, starcannons eat these elite warriors for breakfast, the armour doesn't really protect them from being seen (well, 3D6" x 3 is easy to see >_<;; wink , but while playing special scenarios, like terminate the Daemonvessel or something else, they're really badass, and they are perfect to use against Dark Eldar in my eyes, supperrior strength, superrior fire and lots of attacks.

A question though, have anyone here (except from me) ever fielded a Grey Knight Grand Master in Power Armour? Yes, it's stupid as they miss out the +1 A from the Termie armour, the 2+ save and the 5+ inv, but it'd damn badass in fluff! xD

I don't think anyone I know has since really you do not get any advantage for that. Can you even take power armor on you grey knight grand master?

Yes you can, power armour is available for EVERYONE in the Daemonhunters list. : D
Plus it gives you a great aopportunity to convert something special foryour force. :B
And tanking things all the time just for getting some sort of advantage isn't fun in my eyes, doing really random stuff is badass fun, like one of my Chaos Aspiring Champions, upgraded one just to give him a combi bolter (fits damn good into my fluff though ;D), or something I saqw someone do 2 years ago, he fielded a unit of Inquisitorial Storm Troopers, the Veteran had power armour and a pair of lightning claws (he had done a real good conversion out from the classic range of the trooper sergant with pasma pistol and bolter) and I asked him; Why did you upgrade him like this? He only have WS3 and sucks in combat, the reply I got was; Shut up Shin, it looks cool! xD Plus just the thing that he have the options for these made me do this. xD -rants randomly in the morning-
