Eye Color: Black Gaping holes that leak black uhhh goopy stuff. Not really sure what you would call it. But its like coagulated black blood. Fur Color: Kind of a dull white color. Sort of a mousy gray. Inner Ear Color: Black Ear Tuft and Inner Fur Colors: Some sort of brackish color. Bead Colors: Silvery blue once more again windy looking.
Collar Color: Could I get it black, with gold markings. I don't care what kind of markings it is. Just have fun with it.
Marking Description: Tattoo It's pretty large across his lower back. The wing looking like pars falling all the way across his sides and the bottom circles falling across his hips. It should be a bright BRIGHT almost luminescent blue color. Obviously my Ref is pretty lame. XD It should be less wonky the lines shouldn't be so wobbly and blah but I figured that would be obvious.

Ears: Could you make his ears feathery? Kinda like the areial ears on wajas. Industrial The bar however should look like this only take off the heart. Just a plain black arrow bar. Chain earring Should look basically like that and you can use whatever charm you like at the end of the chain hanging from the lobe. <3 8D It can be a little Easter egg for me. The chain earring should be on BOTH ears, the industrial on the ear facing towards us on the noodle. Hair: Color The silvery blue color? Yes like that only a touch more blue and its more shimmery... almost like mercury. It should also have a slight wave to it. Hair Hair Hair Hair You can style it generally however you like. Pin it back, long and flowy, up in a pony tail. <3 Style it how you like it. 8D
Tail Tail Only add some more fluffy! Like fluffy long furs here and there and some poof. And you don't have to have it in that position. <3 You can put his tail in what ever position you want.
Wings |D You are a lucky dog that I remembered her. Or maybe it's me that is lucky... Either way pardon me for stealing Corosina as a ref. BUT see how there is the dark white part to her wings. The more solid color where I assume that is bone? Or whatever. Yes well that is how the base should be. The bones of Kiev's wings should be a very heavy solid DARK DARK blue color. While the wings themselves should be that same see through like hers. Only instead of being the same opacity all the way over it should fade into almost nothing at the tips not like at the tips of his feathers but at the tips of his wings in general. OH and his wings are feathered, but not like angel feather white more like a silvery shimmery blue grey... almost like how you picture storm clouds over the ocean.
You can angle them however but they are bigger than the normal angelic wings we have on the noodles now. XD Kind of like Coro's wings with how big and not like... I can't think of the noodles name but yes. XD
Jewelry Bracelets, with this I am giving you artistic freedom. XD I don't care what kind of bracelets you put on him but he is almost always wearing two and three of them.
You also have the freedom to add random bits of jewelry ANYWHERE on his body. <3 XD His sister, and lover all enjoy dressing him up with random bits of jewelry. So nothing will really be out of place.
Can you stick some sunglasses on him somewhere? Either like up on his head or on his face or in his mouth or ya know just wherever.

Collar Color: Can you give it a buckle off to the side and make the collar itself black kinda like leather. There should be looping chains attached to it. Cy's necklace is a good ref for what I mean. Just without the crosses and the looping chain parts would be attached to the collar itself.
Marking Description: He should have 'socks' on each of his feet. The back left foot is a short sock covering just his ankle. The front right sock goes about halfway up and then fades into his normal color. The front left goes almost all the way to his shoulder and the back right should go about a quarter of the way up. All socks should FADE into his normal color and not just stop abruptly. They are this shade of white
He should as well have glowy purple runic/arcane like markings running up his legs.
Edits:
Hair/Sticks The color should be purple. Color of the hair I mean. XXX. Something like that, the purple with the other colors mixed in. Very much like a nebula.
Style The bangs/hair in the front should fall over his eyes. With the same stringy looking like bits. Its the closest ref I could find.
Hair Sticks - They should be for the most part like this Same basic color and style. Just the dragon not the fairy. XD So he would have two of the dragon sticks in his hair. Only the dragons' should be holding something like this. Only the stones should be the gem Sugilite and the ends should not stop at the last little gem stone but go on to have dangling colorful bird feathers at the end.
Cat Rolex is a Longhair Russian Blue. It doesn't matter where on the noodle he is just as long as he is apart of the noodle. Russian blues all look a good bit alike but here are some refs for what I mean. XXXXXXXXX
Horn/Ears/Tail/Leg Feathering He is in essence a unicorn. So he will of course have a horn. That shouldn't require a ref. XD But there are all different ones in the refs to follow if need be. Ears as well shouldn't be hard to do. Should be like that of a horse's, you can check the pictures for what I mean. Now then tail. XX and XX are good refs for the tail. Something like that. Leg feathering, I mean like excess fur around the feet. Kinda like how Deya has. XX and XX both give a pretty good idea to what I mean.
Additional Notes: Hooves are optional. If you feel like you want to give him hooves then go ahead if not then don't.

[b]Marking Description:[/b] He should have 'socks' on each of his feet. The back left foot is a short sock covering just his ankle. The front right sock goes about halfway up and then fades into his normal color. The front left goes almost all the way to his shoulder and the back right should go about a quarter of the way up. All socks should FADE into his normal color and not just stop abruptly. They are [color=#CDC8B1]this shade of white[/color]
He should as well have glowy [color=#A020F0]purple[/color] runic/arcane like markings running up his legs.

Just the dragon not the fairy. XD So he would have two of the dragon sticks in his hair. [i]Cat[/i] Rolex is a Longhair Russian Blue. It doesn't matter where on the noodle he is just as long as he is apart of the noodle. Scars She should have scars over both her eyes. Long jagged things where another rat blinded her.
Earrings On the ear we can see, there should be a cuff near the top of her ear with a chain attached that links all the way down to the lobe and then dangling from that on a chain should be an orb. A sort of translucent thing clasped in a twisting vine like structure. The orb's color is mostly up to the colorist just as long as it looks mystical/whimsical. (The orb changes colors thus the reason its up to the colorist.)
Scruffy She should look just a bit scruffy. Adding a few extra tuffs of fur would be the same thing. I think. It's just if you look at her rat she is super like furafied. XD
