 Far outside the village a maximum security prison lies. On the outside of the prison several units of anbu patrol the area in every side of the prison, including the roof to watch for possible aiding from the air. There is about a 25in thick cement walls that is all around the prison underground, protecting the prison from underground assaults. The prison is on a hill that is surrounded by eletrical fences and barbwire fences. There is five floors to the prison, each floor containing roughly 15 cells each. A mess hall is in there as well. All shinobi who are not anbu or oinin or the kage cannot enter the prison. Prisoners are shackled with special made handcuffs which not only seals the chakra of the captives but eletricutes their muscles in the arms to prevent any attempts to break the cuffs off, the bars also eletricute those who are not of sound anbu/oinin unit and short circuits thier chakra system. POWs are kept here as well as criminals, for interrogation or execution.
Rules/Regulation
• Only members of the anbu black ops or oinins can enter. The Otokage will rarely visit the prison.
• All prisoners are shackled in cuffs eliminating chakra and eletricutes muscles in arms and legs enough to stop them anytime they attempt escape
• Get a meal three times a day
• Attempt to assault units here will result in execution.
• If released, your memory will be wiped out before we release you
• POWs are not to be killed unless village is completely wiped out
Whats in your cell?
• One toilet and sink
• Bed
• Chair
• Desk
• A few books (plastic pages)

Ghost Owl
Oto ANBU Captain
Ghost Owl entered the prison silently, carrying the prisoner in his arms. He nodded to the ANBU guards, who bowed out of the way for their leader. Ghost Owl lead the trio of Deza, the real and two clones, down a winding staircase and through two checkpoints. The group trekked down past the first four floors, filled with violent scumbags who had tried attacking Otogakure only to be dealt with harshly by the ANBU.
WHen they arrived on the fifth floor, the floor for the most dangerous prisoners, Ghost Owl and the Gentle Wave stopped for a moment, each laying one hand on a small pad outside the entrance from the stairs. The chamber beyond was constructed of a special material, one that drained chakra not keyed into the system. The pad served to let the ANBU key their chakra signatures into the system, so theirs would not be drained away. That done, Ghost Owl pushed into the chamber, barely noting when Gentle Wave's clones faded away from the chakra absorption.
The duo, with Ghost Owl carrying Kai, paused outside one of the prison cells. The ANBU leader stood still while Deza locked the chakra absorbing shackles onto the prisoner's legs, then the electric inducers onto Kai's ankles, effectively hobbling her. Gentle Wave then placed the two keys for the two sets of locks on a small string that she slid onto her neck, slipping it under her clothes so she would instantly feel if anyone tried taking the keys.
Ghost Owl nodded at this precaution, then pushed the cell open and laid the unconscious prisoner down on the small cot at the rear of the cell. He then turned around and swiftly exited the room and locked it tight behind him, copying Gentle Wave's actions with the door key.
"Otokage-sama will be in to see you. Until then, stay silent." He said unecessarily, as the girl was unconscious. Then he and Gentle Wave exited the corridor, unkeying themselves from the system.
Now, even if Kai managed to escape the shackles that absorbed her chakra, and the ones that shocked her when she moved from her cell, if she managed ot get out of the cell, all of the chakra in her system would be drained away at once, leaving her only enough to survive, not enough to move, much less use a jutsu or escape.
The ANBU members left the building, heading to the Kage's tower to report to him.

Kai opened her eyes and ddi a small growl as she lifted her head to look around her cell then put her head down. "...trade me from another village like a animal those bloody bastards." She said sitting up on the cot, but leaned her upper body forward to look at the ground for no reason. She hated being in one place so long it just tortured her more then getting her hand cut off!

Gin walked up the stairs to the prison doorway, the anbu guarding the door looked at him and bowed, letting him in by stepping aside and opening the doors after a quick dna test. Satisfied Gin walked down a winding staircase, going through two check points. Upon reaching the fifth floor Gin paused, placing his hand onto the small pad. It scanned him for a brief moment recognizing him as the Otokage and allowed him access, preventing the special mechanisms from draining his chakra.
He walked down the hallway, turning and facing the cell which held the akatsuki member. He looked at her with a smile. "Ah, so this is the prisoner who was captured on our lands. What may I ask were you doing in the rice fields?" He asked her as he stood by the bars. He was sure not to touch them. The two anbus that were guarding this cell were at each side of the bars, watching warily.

Kai looked to the side at Gin, but not directly at him. "I was just wondering a bit or relax.." She said to him.

Gin Tsukikage Gin rubbed his chin. "Well whether or not this is true it was foolish, seeing on how you were captured. Ans with your hands cut off your practically useless. Well...no there is a way to restore them. But being what you are you must understand we cannot simply let you walk. But here you will not risk being killed....as long as your a good girl anyways" He said still smiling.

".....I'm not one to pick a fight or cause one I'll assure you of that.." Kai stated to him. I hunt you down ok? So stay still it will only hurt a little! Gin Tsukikage Gin's eyes met with hers. "No...but being a criminal or a part of a criminal organization your where you are now unfortunately. Though the cutting off your hands was a bit over the top....oh well." He said as he looked at her as if scanning her being. "So since your probably going to not go anywhere why not share with me secrets of the akatsuki. Such as the members within it, if you can share these information willingly and accurately, your punishment will be less sever"

Though konoha is always over-top of many things, like they are worried about other villages even Sound." She said to Gin. "i only joined Akatsuki, cause they needed a Medic at times and more members they still do!" I hunt you down ok? So stay still it will only hurt a little! Gin Tsukikage Gin smirked at her grin and nods. "I see...we'll they'll have a reason to fear the sound soon enough. As for akatsuki you should realize they don't care about you that much. They didn't even bother retrieving you or preventing you from being captured. However, as I said.....become an asset of sound and your treatment will be better. As well as the restoration of one of your arms. Some say this is foolish. Others say...its a proposition. And I'm offering it to you instead of taking information forcefully" He said as a squad of three anbu patrol walked past the kage, turning to the right and continuing down the hall, indicating the security of the area

Gin Tsukikage "The members will do just fine for now. And...well showing our power will be demonstrated soon. Right now they, the leaf, have other worries" He said with a grin. He knew the akatsuki would come for them eventually. But then his face grew a tad more serious, for professionalism

"I left my village of suna for a reason...to escae the non-stop wars." Kai stated closing her eyes to talk and listen to him. "Sound has always been feared ever since Orochimaru that is." Gin Tsukikage "Sai and Akio? Can you tell me alot more about them? Abilities? Personality? Likes and dislikes? Tell me everything you know about them" He asked her as he recalled the last thing she said and smirked. Orochimaru....a shinobi who was truely feared by all villages for his strength and wickedness

Oto ANBU Captain
A clone of Ghost Owl stood at the entrance to the hall, incapable of entering due to the chakra draining effects present within.
"My lord, the visitors from Konoha have arrived. The Main is helping get them situated in their quarters." With its report complete, it stood waiting for a response or further orders.
