Ok so what i hate the most, is when you get all into a band especially Jrock, and then they suddenly disband! like wtf =__=' god that annoys me so much.

That happened to me and BLOOD ;.;
And then I get into Malice Mizer and they also are disbanded ;.;
but luckily for me what made up for it was LIX and Luzmelt are JUST NOW formed 8D
I don't quite like LIX yet but Luzmelt is glorious! lol and on their poster together they look just so very opposite! LIX is more goth in VK than Luzmelt is. Luzmelt is VK, not oshare, but they still have that happiness to them i think.

I suffered through that with Phantasmagoria. And then Moi dix Mois had a huge line-up swap, and that sort of depressed me because I really, really loved Juka's vocals for that... I'm not too fond of their stuff now.

Twilight Scribe I suffered through that with Phantasmagoria. And then Moi dix Mois had a huge line-up swap, and that sort of depressed me because I really, really loved Juka's vocals for that... I'm not too fond of their stuff now.
Meh, I like both era but the songs Mana's created kind of suck for Seth. And they've had no activity for almost a year ;.; Thankfully they should be releasing a new CD soon Phantasmagoria I hadn't known about until like last year ;.; But yay to the fact Kisaki is going to try and bring them back next year or year after.

I had that same problem with 176BIZ.
But I had discovered them two weeks before they were to disband.
What's worse is that they disbanded the day after my birthday. I was so very depressed. ;_;
What's more depressing is when you find a really great band... and they already disbanded! Ooooh, that makes me so sad and furious at the same time!!! D8<

Oh! Yay for Phantasmagoria coming back! I really liked that band, and I was really disappointed when I found out that they'd disbanded.
@ Semproniana: I had that happen to me, or at least, something similar. I didn't realize that Juka had gone solo until AFTER he'd gone on hiatus from the music scene, and I was so depressed by it. But then he came back, so I was happy to see that he wasn't gone forever.

It just generally annoys me. I'm glad i still have bands that are generally new and that are releasing singles. Lycaon and Heartless are great if you want to check them out and will releasing an album and singles soon. : 3

Malice Mizer, DIO, Versailles all broke up when I started getting into them. Actually Jasmine You of Versailles died not too long after Anime Expo 2009 when I first heard their recent album. crying Then when I got into X Japan they, split 3 years after I got into them. *whew* At least Dir en Grey isn't going anywhere for now. sweatdrop

I cried for days when Kagerou and Pierrot disbanded.
Also, bands going major is as heartbreaking as disbandments. They're still around, and I'm happy for their extra exposure, but they turn into completely different bands.

Unfortunately, it happens more often than we would like. Happened to me with AURORA, Yaminade, SMILE, GHOST and Shonen Kamikaze (JPop, but the one that made me curse the most). I fell in love with them and when I came back for more guess what... there was nothing more. gonk
