If you don't know what RNGing is, it's a program that works like this:
You fill in info. about your game such as ID, SID, ETC.
It figures out how many times you can tap your Happiness Checker & tap your Coin Flip app on your Poketch to hatch shiny eggs with a determined nature.
That's at least as far as I know about RNG manipulators.

That's not what RNG is. The Random Number Generator is a component inside the Pokemon game that allows the game to pick things such as IVs, Natures, and even whether or not a Pokemon turns out to be shiny. Alternating that into making the game give you want you want is hacking.
